The picture above features Cameron Mathison and Candace Cameron Bure sitting in a treehouse as they are currently filming a sequel to their Christmas movie, "Home Sweet Christmas," which encores tonight on Great American Family. (see schedule below!)

Candace also posted a video from behind-the-scenes, which showed the treehouse in a studio. Candace's followers were shocked to see the treehouse wasn't actually in the forest, but Candace reassured her followers that the original treehouse is indeed in a forest, but this movie features a movie within a movie, and the second treehouse was built on a soundstage.

Duck Dynasty - The Revival

“Duck Dynasty: The Revival” follows Willie and Korie and their growing family of adult children and grandchildren, the next generation of Robertsons living on the family homestead in Louisiana. With their dynasty expanding into more than just ducks, Willie and Korie will bring their signature humor and family fun as they grapple with mapping out the future of Duck Commander, watching the kids navigate marriage, children and businesses of their own, and passing down the family legacy.

The All-New Series
Duck Dynasty: The Revival
Airs Sunday, June 1, 2025
at 9pm/8c on A&E

The success of the original A&E reality show "Duck Dynasty" and its recent revival can be traced back to the patriarch of the Robertson family, Phil Robertson. In 1972, after rededicating his life to the Lord and returning to his family, Phil invented his own duck call, laying the foundation for both a business empire and a cultural phenomenon.

But what the Robertson family is truly known for goes far beyond hunting, beards, and duck calls. Although Phil Robertson passed away recently over Memorial Day weekend on Sunday, May 25, 2025, his mission here on earth continues. His greatest legacy is not in fame or fortune, but in his family's unwavering commitment to their faith and their mission to share the Gospel wherever they go.

Phil Robertson's real-life story can be seen in the movie, "The Blind," which is available on DVD / Blu-ray and streaming through Amazon Prime with Great American Pure Flix.

The film is currently Amazon's #1 Best Seller DVD in Faith & Spirituality.

Whether you're watching the new TV movies, the awards show, or getting hooked on the new reality series, there’s something exciting to watch all weekend long!

Interestingly, the two movies airing this weekend are yet again two films that previously premiered on streaming services. In case you missed it, you can see reviews above for both movies from Maria, who is such a great friend and loyal, trusted reviewer here at It's a Wonderful Movie! Thank you so much, Maria!

In addition to the movies, I'm also looking forward to watching the K-LOVE Fan Awards and seeing so many of my favorite performers, including Anne Wilson, MercyMe, Leanna Crawford, Matthew West, Michael W. Smith with for KING & COUNTRY, and many more! Additionally, I'm looking forward to seeing which movie wins the Film Impact Award!

On Sunday evening... watching the "Duck Dynasty: The Revival" I know will be bittersweet since Phil's recent passing. My family and I have lots of fun memorabilia from the original series: t-shirts, hats, duck calls (of course!), books, DVDs, and my nephew even had a fake beard! Even though each episode had hilarious moments (especially with Uncle Si), my favorite part of the original "Duck Dynasty" series was always at the end when the family all gathered around the table to eat, and Phil would lead them in prayer. I'm looking forward to seeing more of that heartfelt faith in "Duck Dynasty: The Revival" and those lighthearted, genuine moments that make the Robertson family so special.

Have a Wonderful Weekend!

I am "HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY" to say - it is "DUCK DYNASTY" DAY !!! Join the #DuckNation

Calling All Duck Fans...
An All NEW Episode of DUCK DYNASTY
airs Tonight on A&E at 10 PM est

On Tonight's Season 4 Premiere Episode -
Willie, Jase, and Jep organize a surprise vow renewal
for Phil and Kay's 49th anniversary!

About Duck Dynasty from A&E:

The bearded, bayou-dwelling redneck nation has been established. After shattering records last season (with extremely high viewer ratings!), America's most recognizable family is back for a funny, functional, and family-filled Season 4 of Duck Dynasty.

The Robertsons have built a multi-million dollar sporting empire manufacturing duck calls in Monroe, Louisiana and have earned a seat in homes across the country with their special brand of downhome practicality, southern charm and sharp sense of humor.

Every day affairs are met by Willie's growing business ideas, Phil's fatherly advice, Mrs. Kay's delicious recipes, Uncle Si's oddball philosophies and Jase's endless need to hunt, fish, and rib his brothers. They are the family that works together, plays together and of course, eats together. The whole family joins in for more adventures on the bayou, where day to day life may be mundane for some, but for the Robertsons, is anything but dull.
(See more details: on A&E's site.)

I know my family is most excited about this new season of Duck Dynasty. We so enjoyed the 5 minute sneak preview on Sunday night! Thank you A&E for making it so fun! We enjoy the #ducknation promos, too!

An exciting addition to this season, Season 4, is the return of the eldest son Alan, who is a minister, to Duck Commander. It will be interesting to see how he fits into the Robertson family 'duck call' business. Alan is pictured above, the one without a beard. Also, this Season (via A&E): A termite problem affects Duck Commander and Si gets a mobility scooter after a fender bender with Willie.

"Duck the Halls" Christmas CD - featuring the Robertson family of Duck Dynasty

We were so excited when we first learned in the early part of June that the cast of Duck Dynasty would be creating a Christmas CD. It seems our entire family enjoys their half-hour shows on the A&E network, their personal stories, funny moments, faith in God, commitment to family, and Hey, .... Uncle Si!

Duck the Halls: A Robertson Family Christmas

A Christmas CD - with the cast of Duck Dynasty!

Available: October 29, 2013

CD to be released through Universal Music Group Nashville.

*The creation of this Christmas CD was first announced at the CMA Music Festival (pictured above!)

Duck Commander CEO, Willie Robertson told Entertainment Tonight, “Faith, family and ducks — in that order — have always been our priorities. Christmas is an important holiday for us not only because of our strong faith but also our holiday family traditions. We’re having a great time making this album. We hope you enjoy it.” (info via: kyxy 96.5)

Korie Robertson added, "The whole family is going to be involved. It'll be kind of a variety show-style music CD, and we've got some surprises for you. So it's going to be a lot of fun." (info via: examiner.com)

So…. Who exactly will be participating? From information we have gathered on the internet – it looks like the entire family will be involved to some degree – from the oldest to the young ones, too! Singing on the CD, will be: Willie, Korie, Jase, Missy, Phil, Miss Kay, Uncle Si, and the rest of the Robertson family… including the grandkids!

Here are a few images of the family recording in studio...

Duck Dynasty Season Finale Tonight, Jack!

HEY!

Just wanted to share today that my family's favorite Reality Show, "Duck Dynasty", will have it's Season Finale tonight at 10 PM (est) on A&E!

Are you a fan of the Show and the Robertson family?

My family absolutely is! We even go around quoting them or saying phrases the way they do. Such as... "Hey!", "Noooo", and "Jack", like Uncle Si.

Or, "Happy, Happy, Happy", "Now we're cooking with Peanut Oil", and "That's what I thought", like Phil.

And, one from Jase... "When you don't know what you're doing, it's best to do it, Quick-ly!"

If you are not familiar with Duck Dynasty - it is a show about the Robertson family who make Duck Calls. It's a Family Business first started by Phil Robertson who created and patented the Duck Calls they create. From there, his son Willie took over as CEO and made the company what it is today - a multi-million business. Also working at Duck Commander, is Uncle Si, Phil's sons Jase and Jep, and Willie's wife Korie. At the end of every show, you will see the family come together and gather around the dinner table, and Phil will always say a prayer over the food and the family.

All in all, it's great fun and we thoroughly enjoy the show - laughing pretty much the entire time it's on! Plus, we love the re-runs, too! Like an "I Love Lucy" show - good comedy never gets old and we enjoy watching them over and over again!

"At the end of the day, it's all about Family."
-Willie Robertson

Duck Dynasty... a Family with a Calling!
