PLOT:

Storyline via Hallmark: Billie Blessings and her police detective friend Ian Jackson find their friendship blossoming into something more while in the middle of a murder investigation. When a former server at Blessings gets her big break starring as the title character in the new TV drama “Kelso’s Law,” she’s thrilled to be co-hosting “Wake Up West Coast” with Billie. But when a body turns up and Billie learns the dead man was blackmailing her friend, Billie is compelled to find the killer in order to prove her friend’s innocence.

PLOT:

Storyline via Hallmark: TV chef and restauranteur Billie Blessings becomes the prime suspect in the murder of her local morning show’s executive producer moments before he was to announce the name of the show’s new co-host.
