Since this was a patriotic game that honored our military, I also want to share how grateful I am to those who serve our country every day and defend our freedom.

In addition, I want to express a special message of gratitude to Debbie, who played this game and shared with us that she is a veteran who currently works for the Army. Thank you, Debbie, for your bravery, sacrifice, commitment, and service to this country. May God bless you and protect all of our active military and veterans!

As we mark 7 months 'til Christmas on May 25th with Memorial Day coming up this weekend, I thought it would be a nice time to pay tribute to the many Christmas-themed patriotic movies that have aired on Hallmark throughout the years.

My personal Christmas movie pick to mark the 25th is "USS Christmas," starring Jen Lilley and Trevor Donovan! Abigail (a dear friend and follower here) mentioned she might watch this movie last month, and since she shared that, I've been wanting to rewatch it again myself. Since this film has such a strong military theme, I think this will a great time to finally rewatch this patriotic Christmas movie just before Memorial Day. Plus, it doesn't hurt that it has two of my favorite stars!
