"Christmas in July" returns to the Hallmark Channel

 

Once again, the Hallmark Channel is
"The Heart of Christmas" in July!

This year the Hallmark Channel will give us a whole week of "Christmas in July" Movies 24/7, around the clock, starting July 4th, 2014 with our Favorite Hallmark Christmas Movies from last year and Christmas Seasons gone by!

PLOT:

Christmas comes once a year, but the memories last a lifetime.

As a child, Michael Walker wished every day was Christmas, until a tragic accident crushed his holiday spirit. Thirty years later, Michael still can't muster any joy for Christmas, despite encouragement from his playful wife and well-intentioned parents. But when his young son faces a tragedy, Michael needs to make amends with his past. Then, a mysterious man named Nick gives Michael a gift that instills in him the courage to find the Christmas joy that he lost.

Hallmark Movie "Midnight Masquerade" in production!

There is just a little news out right now on the Hallmark Movie: Midnight Masquerade, which is currently being filmed.

The main cast has not been officially announced, however with a little detective work, I've discovered that the movie will star Autumn Reeser! You'll remember her from the wonderful Hallmark Channel Movie "Love at the Thanksgiving Day Parade".

Midnight Masquerade is a Cinderella story starring lawyers.

Midnight Masquerade (storyline) centers on a “nice guy,” Rob Carelli, who works at the law firm Higgins Attorneys and Sons.

But when the beautiful new CEO of Samford Candy, Elyse Samford, comes to the office to consult on a trademark infringement suit, Rob is smitten.

Elyse invites the whole Higgins law firm to Samford Candy's annual Halloween masquerade ball. Rob is forced to work late, and can't attend the ball.

But with help from friends, he gets to the ball disguised as a prince. After one magical dance with Elyse, love is in the air.

Rob needs to get back to the office before the building closes at midnight, leaving Elyse wondering where — and who — her prince is.

“When Calls the Heart” follows the story of a young schoolteacher Elizabeth Thatcher (Krakow) who moves from her privileged high society life to a simpler one as a schoolteacher in the Western frontier. Elizabeth arrives in Coal Valley, a 19th century coal mining town, for her first classroom assignment. However, she arrives in the aftermath of a mine explosion that claimed the lives of most of Coal Valley’s men, leaving behind their widows—including kind-hearted Abigail Stanton (Loughlin). Abigail and the newly widowed women face many challenges as they confront life alone in Coal Valley, and find their faith is tested when they are forced to work in the mines to make ends meet. As Elizabeth adapts to the frontier lifestyle, she also begins to fall for handsome Constable Jack Thornton (Lissing). The budding romance between Jack and Elizabeth comes to fruition, and is a core element to the series’ successful storytelling.
