PLOT:

UP proclaims "We Get Christmas" with 6 All New Christmas Movies for 2016!!!

UP is lighting up its annual Christmas festivities...


...with 50 fun-filled days of warm and merry holiday movies, specials and marathons. This jolly holiday offering features six premiere movies, special episodes of television’s most beloved family series and a GilMORE the Merrier binge-a-thon. The marathon features all seven seasons of “Gilmore Girls” from start to finish, 24 hours a day for 153 hours straight beginning Friday, November 18 at 6 PM ET to Friday, November 25 at 3 AM ET.

Our ‘We Get Christmas’ holiday programming kicks off Saturday, November 5 with holiday-themed episodes of “America’s Funniest Home Videos.”


Emphasizing holiday movies and memories, UP’s Thanksgiving and Christmas season program highlights include the following...


Married by Christmas (UP Premiere Movie) – Sunday, November 6 at 7 pm ET

When it comes to her work, Carrie Tate (Jes MaCallan) takes herself very seriously. She has dedicated her entire life to growing Emerson Foods, the high-end food distribution company founded by her father, and doesn’t have much time for a social life. Carrie’s sister Katie, on the other hand, is a gourmet food-to-table restaurateur and marrying her boyfriend on Christmas Eve. However, due to an outdated stipulation in their grandmother’s will, it’s discovered that ownership of the company will pass to whichever sister marries first.
