Today I want to introduce you to something truly wonderful and brand new that I just know you will instantly “fall” in love with! My precious, creative Sister, Nea, has a brand new blog, and I want to invite YOU to her web-site launch of: It’s a Wonderful LifeStyle! Isn’t that name clever and familiar?
Imitation, as Anne Shirley says in Anne of Green Gables, “is the sincerest form of flattery!” Truly, as the younger sister, I’ve been imitating and following her around all my life- to sharing toys and dolls in our childhood, and now - fashion, beauty, dreams, and lots more… It’s fun, I must admit, to have the tables turned, for once.
I am deeply honored that she chose the name, It’s a Wonderful LifeStyle for her blog, as I just love the way it incorporates my site, It’s a Wonderful Movie + our families’ favorite Christmas movie, It’s a Wonderful Life! For generations our entire family has watched this movie together, and I’m sure it’s the same in many of your homes, as well.
That genuine warm feeling you get when you watch that beloved Christmas classic is the same sentiment you will receive each time you enter It’s a Wonderful LifeStyle. From her strong faith in the Lord, to her incredible sense of style, I just know you will love meeting my sweet Sister and seeing all of her amazing creations and design ideas. In fact, if you’ve seen some of my birthday celebrations here… then you’ve already seen some of them! Plus, she’s been behind the scenes all along here at It’s a Wonderful Movie, giving me advice, tips, & suggestions! That’s a little sneak peek to what Nea’s site is about, but she’ll give you the full scoop when you visit there.
Without further ado… please click here to visit It’s a Wonderful LifeStyle and be sure to leave a comment and say hello. My Sis is new to all of this – so I’m sure she would appreciate all the love & support you can give. Thank you all for being such faithful followers and dear friends here!

Whatever you watch or do... I hope you all have a wonderful last weekend of Summer!
I'm so excited for Hallmark Channel viewers to get this 2 episode preview of When Hope Calls! If you already love When Calls the Heart, I'm sure you are going to love this too!
On Sunday night, I always enjoy the family drama on Chesapeake Shores, but pleeez... come on Trace and Abby... this tension between the two of you is just too much. Get back together already! However - with a new Chesapeake Shores movie coming next year, somehow I don't think it's going to happen - yet! Ugh!!!
After Chesapeake Shores, I cannot wait to watch Jill Wagner and Kristoffer Poloha in their all new Mystery 101. Last week was already fantastic, and I can't wait to see where this new movie takes their characters and love story!
Have a great weekend, Everyone!
Blessings to you all, Net
☀☀☀
Shining His Light!
"You have established all the boundaries of the earth; You have made summer and winter."
Storyline via Hallmark: Gabriel “Gabby” Messinger, a Guardian Angel who has trouble following the rules and is known for meddling in the love live’s of others, is tasked by the Angel Michael to help the town of Angel Falls find its Christmas spirit again.
Storyline via Hallmark: Advertising execs Melanie Welsh and Donovan Goodwin disagree on a cellphone Christmas commercial they’re pitching. He says his sleek design will win over the client but she knows it lacks holiday spirit. Christmas is definitely in Melanie’s wheelhouse, but when she draws Donovan’s name for Secret Santa, she’s at a loss. He’s even more minimalist than his advertising style. Determined to give Donovan and their commercial holiday joy, Melanie tries to get to know him via a Secret Santa email. She also takes him to a Christmas tree farm for a crash course in holiday cheer. As they work together, Donovan slowly opens up to Melanie, and she begins to fall for him. What she doesn’t know is he’s her Secret Santa too! As they create the perfect commercial, they also realize they might be perfect partners as well.
I hope you enjoy watching "Christmas in Angel Falls" and "With Love, Christmas" this week!
First up, "Christmas in Angel Falls," from 2017, has two of Hallmark's well loved actors: Paul Greene ("When Calls the Heart") and Rachel Boston ("The Last Bridesmaid"). Watching these two "possibly" fall in love is so sweet. My favorite scene is when Rachel's character, Gabby, in a moment of uncertainty and desperation, remains still and quietly says The Lord's Prayer. What a powerful moment, a turning point in the film that is truly impactful.
I hope you'll enjoy watching this Christmas movie Thursday night, but the story does not end there, a sequel premieres this Christmas with Jen Lilley and Carlo Marks! Look for "Angel Falls: A Novel Holiday," currently premiering December 13, 2019 on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries!
Starring Emilie Ullerup from "Chesapeake Shores," the Christmas movie "With Love, Christmas," also from 2017, is a delightful Hallmark rom-com and a bit of a mystery, at least for the two main characters, Melanie and Donovan, who are trying to determine who their Secret Santa might be! What a fun, sweet story!

Storyline via Hallmark: A struggling country singer meets a Nashville songwriter in need of inspiration. Teaming up to write a song, their work gets complicated but results in both a hit song...and true love.
Struggling Nashville musician Shayna is on the verge of giving up on her career and returns to her small-town home, when a chance encounter with prolific songwriter Grady changes everything. He’s trying writing a song for country music star Duke Sterling and Shayna seems like the perfect writing partner. The two grow closer and romance blooms as they work on their love song, but when Shayna meets Duke, who takes a liking to her and asks her to be his opening act, it undermines everything she and Grady created and Shayna feels forced to choose between love and possible stardom.
(*Please Note: This is NOT the official poster for this film. Just for fun - I made my own mini poster of Country at Heart, as I was waiting last Fall to see when they might air this movie...)
