🌟 I happened upon this movie late last fall when it was on the Cowboy Channel, which we get as part of our paid-for Friendly TV app. I am not a western-type fan, but from the ads I’d seen for it, it looked like a truly wholesome movie and I knew some of the stars in it from other shows, so was really interested to see what it would be like. Well, I LOVED it. As a Christian myself, it had me sit up and take notice immediately when the main character is quoting some scriptures at the very start of the movie. Very cool! I highly recommend your readers to watch this movie whenever they get a chance. It’s so worth it! 💥County Line No Fear – I agree with Joyce, this is such an action-packed movie. You’re pretty much on the edge of your seat the whole time. The mystery part is fascinating; each film in the County Line series is an intricately woven mystery that has you guessing the whole time. The characters feel so real and authentic; each actor was perfectly chosen for their role. In fact, Tom Wopat (AKA: Luke Duke from "The Dukes of Hazzard") is perfect for the role of the retiring Sheriff, who doesn’t appear to want to quit his job of seeking law and order and justice.

Caution: This is a murder mystery filled with gun violence, a car-bomb, fist-fights, etc. The film is rated TV-14 because of this. It definitely has a modern western sort-of feel.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed this movie, the intriguing mystery, and fascinating characters. ~Net

🌟🌲 My Movie Review and Where to See: "Christmas in Wolf Creek" 🌲🌟👉👉

Christmas in Wolf Creek – I recently had the opportuity to screen this movie and wanted to share a review with all of you. First of all, this film is family-friendly, a wonderful sequel to its original film, Love in Wolf Creek. All of the main beloved characters returned for the second movie, including actor Tim Rozon (Christmas Town), as rancher, Austin Spencer, and actress Nola Martin, as Samantha (Sam) Gavin, who manages the local animal refuge center in Wolf Creek.

Samantha’s social media savvy sister, Sunny Gavin, portrayed by Madeline Leon (A Christmas Recipe for Romance), also returned for this film, along with Mary Long (A Veteran’s Christmas, Christmas Next Door), who portrays Austin’s quick-witted grandmother, Marianna Spencer. I must say - Mary Long is always a joy to watch; she's a highlight to me – in any movie she’s in.

In the first film, Sam (Samantha) and Austin teamed up to find an injured wolf, but in this Christmas-themed sequel, the two are paired up once again to find a missing reindeer, which is needed for the annual Christmas play. The main conflict in Christmas in Wolf Creek arises when Austin and Samantha can’t decide which step to take next with their long-distance relationship. There is also some friction while Sam is on the hunt for the reindeer, and her sister, Sunny, is left in charge of the Christmas play with the local children, who show little interest in participating.

Actor Ish Morris (Feeling Butterflies) plays Terry Jones, the antagonist, a Scrooge-like character throughout the film, who threatens to call off the Christmas play if his reindeer is not returned unharmed in time for the event.

Overall, this sequel is an enjoyable watch, a delightful follow-up to the original film. The chemistry between Samantha and Austin is very strong, even when they are at odds. And it was fun to watch Sunny attempt to direct the traditional Christmas play, Twas the Night Before Christmas – with Mariana’s help and a new twist.

Like the original, Christmas in Wolf Creek is filled with heartwarming moments, romantic tension, some lighthearted comedy, and more suspenseful, thrilling adventure. If you enjoyed Love in Wolf Creek, you will definitely want to return for the holiday season and watch Christmas in Wolf Creek. ~Net

My Review...

Actress Erin Cahill (of "Love Fall and Order," "Random Acts of Christmas") shines in the holiday film, “Christmas on the Range,” as Kendall Riley, devoted rancher’s daughter who is strong-willed and determined to expand her family farm.

Even though it’s Christmastime, when you expect “Peace-on-earth, good will toward men…,” Kendall’s neighbor, Brick McCree (portrayed by A Martinez), will stop at nothing to sabotage Kendall and turn the Riley farm into financial ruin.

When Brick’s ex-wife, Lillian (portrayed by Lindsay Wagner), and son, Clint (portrayed by Nicholas Gonzalez), discover he has cancer, they return to the ranch for the holidays, anticipating it might be his last. From there, you might expect Brick’s Grinch-like heart to soften and mellow, but an old vendetta from the past stirs up a hornet’s nest that he can’t seem to let go.

When Kendall initially meets Clint in an intense moment when her cow is birthing, she is relieved to discover Clint is a veterinarian. Thankfully, he has arrived at just at the right time to help deliver the breach baby calf. Kendall immediately warms to Clint after that, until she discovers he is Brick’s son. Kendall justifiably fears Clint has joined up with his father in an effort to spy on her farming methods and conspire against her in an effort to make her lose the ranch. But... is there a chance he might only be there to make things right? Can Clint McCree, Brick McCree's son, be trusted, after all?

Good friends in the community stand by Kendall’s side and are always there for her when she needs them, especially her friends at the beauty shop, who enjoy gossiping and are quite intrigued by the fact that Kendall seems to be gradually opening up her heart to Clint McCree. Can Kendall actually have faith and trust in him, even though he is Brick’s son?

Is it possible for Rancher Brick McCree to ever change? Can deep hurts from the past be mended like fences and a gate to the future be opened that unites these two families?

I was so engrossed by what was going to happen next, I couldn’t wait to see the next scene. There was such a great mix of high level intensity and funny, laugh-at-loud, lighthearted levity.

This Christmas adventure is filled with lots of action, adversity, and triumph, secrets from the past, revenge, redemption, love and family.

I most definitely recommend seeing “Christmas on the Range” this Holiday Season. By the way, this movie would make an excellent stocking stuffer.

PLOT:

Storyline via INSP: In The Legend of 5 Mile Cave, a boy enchanted with tales from the Old West unlocks a mystery that could save their family farm. A bond with the boy grows as the drifter recounts breathtaking stories of Shooter Green, a legendary gunslinger accused of Arizona’s biggest gold robbery.
