Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas is coming on December 1st; however, the channel has already been showing some beloved classics, such as the Home Alone movies, The Santa Clause trilogy, and The Grinch.

While it's always delightful to see "Home Alone" and "The Santa Clause" trilogy, I'm also quite happy to see "Miracle on 34th Street" (1994) will be airing, as well. There's just something so warm and special about that movie... I love how they incorporate "In God We Trust" into the defense of Santa Claus. Christmas TV Highlights for December 13 - 17!

A new week is here - with new Christmas movie premieres and old classics - we hold near and dear! I thought I would share some of the TV highlights for the week, including the nightly new Lifetime movies, which you can see in the schedule below or click here for more details.

I'm always excited to see an airing of It's a Wonderful Life and this time around it's on USA on Wednesday night. There's nothing quite like George Bailey in Bedford Falls. Even though I know every line by heart, I still love it every time! As for Home Alone, I've heard people say they've grown tired of seeing it. Not me! There's just something so beautiful about that film - the way Kevin eventually speaks to his older neighbor at the church and then, he finally reconnects with his son. With all the comedy in the movie, there is still a very important message about love, family, and forgiveness. I hope you find something to watch this week that warms your heart.

You can see all of your favorite Christmas movie classics again this year on Freeform, including: Home Alone, The Christmas Story, Prancer Returns, and The Santa Clause! Plus, cherished Christmas cartoon classics: Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, The Little Drummer Boy, and Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town - all beginning on December 1st! The schedule is full of repeats of these beloved classic treasures! I know... I know... they play them over & over - but can you really ever see Home Alone or The Santa Clause enough? I just love Tim Allen as Scott Calvin/Santa and poor Kevin is all alone with those Sticky Wet Bandits! It's so much fun to get caught up watching them and laughing along with the family every year. Even though we've seen them numerous times - there's just something so warm and familiar about seeing them again this year!

Caution: While they aren't playing anything new on Freeform, I do want to mention they are playing Love Actually, The Night Before and Office Christmas Party, which are all R rated. I have never seen these movies; however, based on ratings, please beware of this if you are watching any of the other programs with your children. Thankfully, these movies are receiving very few airings compared to the other beloved Christmas classics we love.

Freeform has released their latest '25 Days of Christmas' schedule and as we anticipated... this year, for the first time ever, beginning December 6th, you can see the classic, beloved Rankin Bass Christmas Cartoons: Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer! (Plus, these two cherished Christmas characters will be making their annual appearance on CBS. Dates to be announced.)
