Whew! That's a lot of Christmas movies premiering this Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

This weekend I'm looking forward to seeing:

(I'm only picking 3 this time!)

1.) Open by Christmas - Hallmark Channel

Since the story centers around an unopened Christmas card, I can't help from getting that "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" lost letter feeling! Plus, I love both Alison Sweeney ("Hannah Swensen Mysteries") and Brennan Elliott ("Crossword Mysteries"), so I'm hoping this is a good one!

2.) Christmas Time is Here - GAC Family

It's interesting that this movie stars Rukiya Bernard and Dewshane Williams, from the "One Winter Weekend / Proposal / Wedding" movies! It almost feels like a continuation of those movies. In the last movie, Cara and Ben's wedding, Dewshane was only shown remotely via computers and IPads, so it should be fun to actually see Rukiya and Dewshane together - again!

3.) Snowed in for Christmas - UPtv

I've seen the trailer for this and it looks like a lighthearted, fun Christmas movie with Kayla Wallace ("When Calls the Heart") and Jeremy Guilbaut ("Christmas Waltz")! Sometimes, it's nice to step away from the heavy dramas and just enjoy something cheerful and upbeat.

I'm hoping these three Christmas movies will be enjoyable this weekend. Which movies are you looking forward to seeing? Please share in comments below.

*Please note- I have NOT pre-screened these NEW Christmas movies listed above. If you happen to watch one of the new Christmas movies this week and want to share whether or not it is a family friendly movie, please stop back by and leave a comment. I know everyone here would be grateful to know any information you are willing to share.

I pray you all have a joyous, wonderful weekend!

God bless us, everyone! Net

AN AUTUMN ROMANCE
Starring Jessica Lowndes & Chad Michael Murray

In "An Autumn Romance," when Seattle-based librarian Taylor Harris (Lowndes) suddenly loses her job, she travels to Montana to visit her brother Craig (Andres) and his wife Christine (Ogunsuyi) and quickly finds herself immersed in her brother's effort to save the Graff Hotel, which has been purchased by tech tycoon Joel Sheenan (Murray) and his associate, Ray Dixon (Brown). The town of Forest Ridge, Montana is split on Joel's decision to turn the once quaint hotel into an upscale property for tourists. To protect the hotel's charm and her brother's place of employment, Taylor goes on a search to find a significant historical event that will qualify the hotel for landmark status and prevent the City Council from issuing permits for its renovation. With the clock ticking, Taylor seizes on a photograph that has the potential to verify the property's historical value while also providing an invaluable piece of personal history to the hotel's new owner. Executive Producers of "An Autumn Romance" are Brad Krevoy, Chad Michael Murray, Jessica Lowndes, James Moorhouse, Susie Belzberg Krevoy, Bradley Walsh, Amanda Phillips, Amy Krell, and Eric Jarboe. Reviews:

🍁"That GAC one was (originally) called Tycoon's Kiss and I saw some of it on YouTube. It was family friendly from what I recall." Misty

🍁"Autumn Romance (aka Colors of Love) was good! It wasn’t too much of a fall movie, but the leaves were actually real! At least in the scene where she drives her car off the road. I especially enjoyed it because I am a history buff and that part of the story line was so different and intriguing. The perfect twist to an otherwise normal movie plot. The mixed couple was a bit strange, but I’d give this family-friendly movie a watch!" ~Anonymous

🍁"I watched Autumn Romance Saturday. Really felt and looked like fall. Really liked story line and characters had a good chemistry. Family friendly for sure. Especially liked the surprise at the end. Had the feeling of some of the older HMM Christmas endings. Just curious about historical reference as to actual event or just creative license." ~JoCo

🍁"An Autumn Romance was fun to watch. Loved seeing Jessica Lowndes and Chad Michael Murray together. I do love history along with surprises. This movie proved to be so much more interesting than I expected. I am looking forward to their Christmas movie! The mixed couple appeared to be added for no apparent reason, plus there isn't a lot of scenes with the two of them." ~kitkat

🍁"An Autumn Romance was a great start to original movies on GAC Family. I enjoyed the history part and the family relationships. Chad Michael Murray is definitely becoming a family movie staple." ~ Jennifer R

🍁"Autumn Romance" was family friendly and quite enjoyable in spite of the done-to-death plot. Chad Michael Murray made it worth watching. He was excellent, as always, and though Jessica Lowndes isn't one of my favorites, I felt they had good chemistry. The movie kept me engaged throughout." ~Amy Lama

🍁"I saw "Autumn Romance" and I really enjoyed it. The book that it is based off of, however, is not family friendly. I read a portion of it and then stopped. "Autumn Romance" has a more wholesome feel and while similar to the original book, it is quite different. Of the two family friendly movies I saw this weekend, I'd probably watch "Autumn Romance" a second time." ~Mary

🍁"An Autumn Romance is a festively fun, family-friendly fall-themed movie, an ideal movie launch for GAC Family! The setting was a beautiful farm - with all the lovely, rich fall colors changing their hue in the background. And if the beauty of nature wasn't enough, the entire town and the Harvest Ball were decorated with lots of faux leaf garland and autumn decor. Jessica Lowndes and Chad Michael Murray, once again (they also star together in Lifetime's "Too Close for Christmas"), have an excellent on screen connection, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching their cute glances and playful banter back and forth, as they disagreed over the tearing down of the old, Graff hotel. It's a wonderful story, with a delightful ending. This is one of those movies I look forward to watching over and over again!" ~Net

🍁"We really liked An Autumn Romance, the story and characters were all really good, like a lot of others here, I enjoyed the history aspect. We will definitely watch again next fall. -brother in Christ
