I’m planning to record all the new movies above, but my personal top three must-see picks are: Mingle All the Way, Christmas Wonderland, and Shoelaces for Christmas!
How 'bout you? Please share in comments below!
I plan to watch all of them, but I still have 7 unwatched movies on my DVR. I prioritize the Hallmark films then catch up when I can....likely in March. I appreciate all that you do on this blog!
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear from you, Waiting in the Pumpkin Patch! I have a long list of movies still to see, as well! I'll probably be watching in March, too... late Feb, if I'm lucky! :)
DeleteGlad you enjoy these updates!
Merry Christmas!!! Net
Net, I see that Christian Vincent (from "A Majestic Christmas") has referred people to this site and to your Twitter account! That's so cool, and nice of him to do. See this post -- https://www.instagram.com/p/Bq2Wo1WFdnK/
ReplyDeleteWow! That is so cool! I so appreciate the shout out! And, thank you so much for letting me know! I'm truly honored to be mentioned! :)
DeleteMerry Christmas!!! Net
Net! My DVR is all set to record and I am most looking forward to seeing Mingle All The Way, Christmas Miracle, and Twist of Christmas! I noticed in the trailer for Mingle All the Way that they used the same cupcake shop that we saw last Feb. in The Sweetest Heart! I noticed Langley in a few scenes from the trailer......cannot wait for this one tonight!!! Happy viewing Net! :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy, Kerry!!! It's going to be a great night of new movies! I just adore Jen Lilley, she's adorable...such fun to watch! Love your picks, too! Can't wait to watch them all!!! :)
DeleteMerry Christmas!!! Net
I was watching "Mingle All the Way"
ReplyDeleteI saw Winterfest movie called; "Winter Love Story", will premiere on 1/19/2019
Starring Jen Lilley & Kevin McGarry
Yay, thank you so much for sharing! I had heard about this on social media, but I'm always happy to know when Hallmark officially announces it and gives us a premiere date, too! These two are favorites of mine (and many!), so I'm thrilled to see them paired together! Thank YOU so much for all the great info!
DeleteMerry Christmas!!! Net
Hi, Net! Merry Christmas! I actually caught A Very Nutty Christmas wtih Melissa Joan Hart. I was laughing at the beginning and had tears at the end. It was a great movie, as was A Twist of Christmas. Lifetime is really hitting it out of the Christmas tree lot this year (in my humble opinion). Thanks again for everything and God bless!!
ReplyDeleteHello Barbara! Thank you so much for sharing your take on these two movies! I just love how everyone is stopping in this year to share their thoughts on various movies... it's so fun! I love hearing and receiving all this positive feedback! Sounds like, for the most part, the movies are entertaining, funny, and touching the heart!
DeleteI have both of the ones you mentioned (and many others!) recorded, but now, I'm very much looking forward to watching!
Thank you for your sweet comment!
Blessings to You & Merry Christmas!!! Net
I’m watching Christmas Cupid’s Arrow when I notice same Christmas Tree over apartment building in Denver from
ReplyDeleteSwitched for Christmas where Kate lived that Josh lives there.
Oh, Yes! It is very common for various Christmas movies to use the same short clips of snowy landscapes - as they flow in and out of scenes. There is one clip of a church in the distance that I've seen numerous times, and recently, one of a home decorated with Christmas lights used in two different Christmas movies! In fact, the movies were "It's Christmas, Eve" (best friend's home) on Hallmark and "Poinsettias for Christmas" (sister's home) on Lifetime!
DeleteBe sure to look for it next time you watch, and I will definitely be sure to do the same when I watch "Christmas Cupid’s Arrow!"
Thank you so much for sharing!
Merry Christmas!!! Net
Oh yes, that scene with the church has been in sooooo many movies. I would actually love to see it in person one day.
DeleteAnyway, I must say Lifetime has really stepped it up this year. I’ve enjoyed so many of their Christmas movies. I haven’t watched them all yet, but loved My Christmas Inn, Poinsettias for Christmas, The Christmas Contract and a Very Nutty Christmas. Excited to see them giving Hallmark a little competition this year.
I watched the 2 new movies on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries this weekend and loved them both. Definitely adding these to my list of favorites. I must say I usually enjoy the movies that air on Hallmark more, but this year the ones on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries have been so so good. I still have so many I still need to watch, but in addition to the 2 new ones that aired this weekend, I absolutely loved A Veteran’s Christmas and Return to Christmas Creek. Had to save both of those to my DVR cause I know I’ll want to watch them again and again. Now what movie will I watch next......
Hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas season and thanks again Net for keeping us up to date on all things Hallmark! - Melissa
They use the same outside of the apartment building for Hearts of Chistmas and it is the same outside apartment/townhouse scene in With Love, Christmas. Melanie supposedly lives in this place on With Love Christmas and I think its Agnes lives in the same (from the outside) apartment. They even show the same car passing in front on both movies.
ReplyDeleteI really really enjoyed Christmas Wonderland. HMM is really hitting it out of the park this year with their movies and this was another big hit.
ReplyDeleteI also agree Lifetime has stepped it up.
Trevor Donovan & Lindy Booth have a new Hallmark Winterfest 2019 Movie called; “Snowcoming”
ReplyDeleteTrevor Donovan as Jake Gillette, he’s a famous NFL Super Bowl Quarterback with his love interest protrayed by Lindy Booth
I’m watching Valentine’s Again on YouTube
ReplyDeleteNicky Whelan, Greg Vaughn, & Marina Sirtis
Someone tweeted Jen Lilley’s new Hallmark movies in the future in 2019
ReplyDeleteWinter Love Story - Winterfest
Stuck Out of Love - Valentine’s
Harvest Love 2 - Fall Harvest
https://mobile.twitter.com/mcitab13/status/1069211680578641920
"Stuck Out of Love" is a movie Jen filmed several months ago, and she said -- in an interview for AfterBuzz TV -- that it is NOT a Hallmark movie, "unless they acquire it." (Look up Jen's interview with Marisa Serafini, as that is where she says it.) So, unless Jen has said more recently that Hallmark has acquired the movie, then it is not theirs until or unless they do. Now they have acquired two of her previous movies, so it is possible they could get this one too, but it wasn't a Hallmark movie when it was filmed.
Delete"Winter Love Story" (also known as "Love on the Books") is official, as the title appeared on the screen during the "Mingle All the Way" premiere, and it is tentatively schedule to air on January 19th, according to what the graphic said. He co-star, Kevin McGarry, posted something in an InstaStory a couple of weeks ago that gave a clue to what kind of role he is playing, but I won't give it away. Also, Mary-Margaret Humes plays Jen's mom.
And "Harvest Love 2" is not definitely happening yet. Ryan Paevey said that there has been some interest in a sequel, and some "inquiries," and with any luck, maybe it will happen this year. He did not say it was a done deal, though. So, again, unless Jen has said that it is officially happening, then it sounds as though it is a hopeful project but not confirmed yet.
I saw this but I was wondering if the Harvest Love 2 was just that persons "hope" for a movie. I know the Stuck out in Love was filmed back in august in Oklahoma I think.
DeleteSabrina, Stuck Out of Love was filming last August 15, 2018 in Oklahoma. Its not announced release date yet. It's Valentine's Day movie.
DeleteStarring Jonathan Bennett, Jen Lilley, & Andrew Lawrence
http://seligfilmnews.com/stuck-out-of-love-begins-filming-in-oklahoma/
Anonymous -- No one is questioning that the movie was filmed, or where it was filmed. We know it was filmed, and where it was filmed. BUT I just mentioned above that Jen Lilley specifically said that "Stuck Out of Love" is NOT a Hallmark movie ("unless they acquire it") when she did her interview with Marisa Serafini on AfterBuzz TV a few months ago.
DeleteSo, please point us to the tweet, or the Instagram post, or the Facebook post -- from a reliable source in the Hallmark family -- that says that this movie is now not only for Hallmark, but is also a Valentine movie.
It is always possible that Hallmark will acquire one of Jen's movies, as they like her very much and they have acquired two of her movies before, but I wish that people would not tell everyone that something is a Hallmark movie (after it was stated that it is NOT by Jen) and which event it is going into without specifying where we can find this info or who said it. It confuses people, and then months later they are wondering why a certain movie never aired on Hallmark. Even worse is that people who don't pay close attention to details know that they read about it being a Hallmark movie on Net's site, but they assume that Net announced it, rather than someone mentioning it in the comments.
At this current time, there are only 3 confirmed Hallmark movies lined up for February -- I won't give the titles, as Net wants to wait for Hallmark to make the official announcements -- and all 3 of them are filming right now. They are confirmed because either the actors are reliable members of the Hallmark family and have said that the movies are Valentine/February for Hallmark, OR, in one case, a prolific writer (who does many Hallmark movies) announced the title before it began filming.
Anything else that has been filmed prior to now is either going into January/Winterfest OR it has not yet been revealed when it will premiere.
There is also always the possibility that Hallmark is going to start building up the streaming service with more exclusive content, so I would not be surprised to see more new movies (that they acquired) end up on Hallmark Movies Now instead of on the linear channels.
Stuck out of Love will air on Countdown to Valentine’s Day on Hallmark
ReplyDeleteJonathan Bennett as Kevin
Jen Lilley as Amber
Andrew Lawrence as Charlie

Once Upon A Christmas Miracle did really well! Over 2 million viewers!
ReplyDeleteHallmark Channel's movies however, aren't doing as well as last year. I guess due to more competition and too many movies?
Misty
Honestly, I haven't been too impressed with Hallmark channel, especially compared to the offerings from Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Lifetime. HMM & Lifetime brought their A+ game and Hallmark channel seems to prioritize quantity over quality. This is just my opinion.
DeleteTotally agree with you CH Mom...well said!
DeleteI loved Mingle All The Way and several others but Once Upon A Christmas Miracle is soooo good! The fact that's it's a true story I guess puts a special twist on it! It is a must see! I also agree that Lifetime is giving Hallmark some good competition! Happy watching everyone!
