Happy First Weekend of Fall, Y’all!🍂🍁
It’s officially time to settle in and enjoy another Fall movie premiere this weekend on the Hallmark Channel - Pumpkin Regatta Romance! This one looks like another fun Autumn-themed movie complete with beautiful Fall scenery, romance, and lots of… well, you guessed it - PUMPKINS!🎃
And speaking of country living, come back to the ranch, because we have another all-new episode of Crossroad Springs coming our way this weekend on Great American Family! Things are getting more and more interesting between James and Maggie, especially with Cody’s constant presence around Maggie continuing to get under James’ skin. Hmmm… looks like somebody might be a little jealous! ❤️👀

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I’m especially looking forward to watching Crossroad Springs and maybe squeezing in a couple of Christmas movies to mark the 25th… because, of course, we’re officially counting down to Christmas!!! I’m planning to watch There’s No Place Like Christmas, starring Cindy Busby and Sam Page, on Great American Family and Pride, Prejudice, & Mistletoe, starring Lacey Chabert and Brendan Penny, on the Hallmark Channel!

I also wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who prayed for my family after the storm that came through last week. We’re all doing well as we’re in the middle of the clean-up and repairs, but little by little, we’re getting there. We’re hearing now that it may have actually been a tornado, which is honestly a little hard to take in. More than anything, and I truly can't say it enough... I’m just incredibly thankful to God that we all made it through safely.

Three months till Christmas?!!!! Woohoo!! I haven’t seen Pride, Prejudice and Mistletoe since it came out, so I think I’ll watch that.

DeleteI also watched “There’s No Place Like Christmas” . Our Cable box got fried by lightning hitting in our backyard, as did the electronics on our bed that raises our head up and down. Like you, we are grateful, because my husband was napping in bed and I was watching off DVR. Thankfully, we were okay, just made us jump! So, we are streaming and I noticed all the Christmas movies this evening. Was so glad to catch one. Needed it this month for several reasons.

DeleteI can’t imagine how loud that lightning must’ve been and so scary that it ruined your bed and cable box. I’ve been hearing more & more stories with lightning lately, definitely not something to mess with, but you usually feel like if you’re inside, then you’re safe. So glad you all were fine and not hurt at all. That is a miracle!
So glad to hear watching “There’s No Place Like Christmas” brought you comfort. I was watching last night, as well. it is such a peaceful, beautiful movie, one of my top favorites from last year.

DeleteWe’ve really been enjoying Crossroad Springs. It’s been nice to watch a good series that still has faith and strong values and none of that filthy garbage in most other shows these days. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it and keep telling my friends and family about it.
