I hope those of you who have been enjoying season 13 of When Calls the Heart will thoroughly enjoy the season finale! I can't help from wondering if there will be a thrilling or puzzling cliffhanger this season? Happy watching to all of you, Hearties!
For those of you who are streaming the first episode of Hope Valley: 1874 on Hallmark+ beginning this Saturday, I hope you'll enjoy this introduction to the new characters from the frontier era.
Also, I wanted to note that the Miniseries, The Faithful: Women of the Bible, brings the Book of Genesis to life through the eyes of women in the Bible - Sarah, Hagar, Rebekah, Leah, and Rachel. The series highlights how their journeys of faith helped shape God's greater plan.
This special three-week event begins on March 22nd on FOX and leads up to Easter Sunday, April 5th. (Please Note: I have not seen any of these episodes, so I’m not sure how closely the stories will follow the Bible.)
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!”
Spring doesn’t simply cover what was before; it gently brings new life into being. In Christ, you’re not just made better... You are made new! As we come to know and follow Him, He tenderly transforms us from the inside out.

Happy spring everyone! Wow can’t believe how quickly the year is flying already. Our time changed here in CA on March 8th and we got hit with a heat wave right after, so strange. It’s going to reach 94 degrees here today! 🥵
ReplyDeleteThankfully I have a lot of recorded movies to watch and Two for Tee sounds so cute!

We've had two amazing movies so far this year and great hopes for Two For Tee but sometimes what looks good on paper doesn't translate to the screen so we'll see - Florence
ReplyDeleteHard to believe it’s almost over for the year of When Calls the Heart. But it’s been such a wonderful season. I enjoyed all of it!! I’m excited to see the proposal and wondering if we will see Gwen’s dad. Made me go awww when I saw her wear the dress!
ReplyDeleteLooks like an exciting weekend. Maybe Abigail will show up at the end of WCTH?
ReplyDeleteI called it!
DeleteYou sure did!!! Gave me chills!😊
DeleteTwo for Tee is family friendly and quite sweet. -Maria

Hi Net do you know if great American channel will rerun When Hope Calls season 2 before season 3 premiere? Elizbeth
ReplyDeleteElizbeth, I have some good news! While I don't see any repeats of When Hope Calls Season 2 on Great American Family, Great American Rom-Coms is streaming some of the episodes free through Philo and the Roku Channel. (Also, with paid subscription to DirecTV streaming and Sling.)
DeleteAnd Great American Faith & Living will have a marathon of the Season 2 episodes encoring on Easter Sunday from 6am EST to 8pm EST. (The new episode airs at 9pm EST.)
I have the Great American Faith & Living channel through FrndlyTV - which is very easy to record on.
Course, they can also be streamed on Great American Pure Flix with a paid subscription.
Hopefully, one of these options will work for you!
Abigail Stanton is finally arrive at the end of the show of WCTH: Season 13
ReplyDeleteWCTH: Season 13 Episode 12
ReplyDeleteAbigail Stanton arrived at the end of the show WCTH
Where’s Cody & his older Sister; Becky but they aren’t with Abigail?
Since Abigail & Cody were in Brookfield on When Hope Calls Christmas part 1 & 2
Maybe they’ll say Cody’s in college?
DeletePlease understand how important it is to have a show like Crossroad Springs exist.
ReplyDeleteIt preaches actual family values and has it's couples have actual chemistry and actually STAY together instead of having 1 half declare that she emotionally cheated on him the whole time she was dating him and have her be with someone less worthy. That is extremely important for a faith based show. -Maria
Maria, You are so right! Having a faith-filled show like Crossroad Springs is truly such a blessing! Great American Family is beyond wonderful, and I pray more and more people will discover this incredible channel!
DeleteBethany Joy Lenz and Benjamin Ayres described how she wound up writing & singing the theme song of their new series.
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree... it is so beautiful that Bethany wrote/sings the theme song for Hope Valley 1874! I love that, too. She is so incredibly talented.
DeleteWow! What an incredible ending to the season. Nathan’s proposal scene was so unique and beautiful!! And that special ending… just wow! What a treat we’re in for next season! Was I the only one who cried for both??
ReplyDeleteAbigail, So glad you loved it! I thought it was such a wonderful finale - filled with so many emotions! It was an amazing ending to a lovely season. And yes, my eyes were filled with tears, too!
DeleteI also cried when Angela came home - there was so much joy there in welcoming her back, and then I cried again - saying goodbye to Gwen. That sweet girl has been such a beautiful, heartwarming addition to this season.
I've been working on a WCTH review post - and shared it here:

Marcia Ann Burrs passed away at the age of 85 after a 30-year career in film and television, starring in dozens of classic shows & movies.
ReplyDeleteShe was lovely and always energetic as Mrs. Claus in the delightful movies: Single Santa Meets Mrs. Claus and Meet the Santas. I really enjoyed those movies in the early days of Christmas films on the Hallmark Channel. Very sad news. Prayers for her family and friends.
DeleteTwo For Tee had a weak 1.29m viewers and a disastrous 0.05 in the key demo - Florence
ReplyDeleteNegative Nelly....it wasn't disastrous. It's March Madness & people are getting outside more, which means they often don't get home in time to watch live. Also...GAF/UP etc. have never gotten even those numbers & they're still hanging on. Even if wives don't watch, if married, their husbands may want to watch b-ball right now so they record to watch the next day. To get the numbers they get with the subs app showing everything next day is great. PLUS...one more reason for a lower viewership. Hallmark did a stupid thing & premiered 1874 on the same day as Two for Tee premiered & many who have the app possibly watched that instead during that live time slot. Two for Tee was really cute.
DeleteIt is hard to compete in March for basketball; I totally agree with that. I think our dear friend Florence is just concerned about overall ratings and the future of movies on TV.
DeleteIt does seem like this rating of 1.29m viewers for Two for Tee is actually very close to the ratings for Hearts Around The Table: Jenna's First Love, which premiered around this same time last March and had a rating of 1.36m viewers. The numbers dropped for the next three Hearts Around the Table movies to around 1.15m viewers each.
So... yeah.... numbers are interesting these days. Gonna be hard to compete with basketball or anything streaming.
Hi all,
ReplyDeleteOh, I was so very saddened to hear about the ratings for 'Two for Tee'! It was such a lovely and heartfelt film. We enjoyed the movie very much. Added bonus was there were two "WCTH" actors. The young actress, who played the daughter is the same girl who played Gwen! Oh my gosh! She made me love her even more in this little gem of a movie. She was seriously great. She is absolutely adorable and such a natural. I believe she will have a long career. Anyway, in addition to that, the film was really wonderful. All of the relationships were believable. Nice chemistry. Good story line and it had some good funny moments. Plus, it was clean. I would definitely watch it again. :-)
Joan, Wonderful to hear that you enjoyed Two for Tee, and that it's family-friendly! So sweet that our "Gwen" was in this, too!!! :)
DeleteNow I have to see it! Looks special and exited to see young Alex(Gwen) in it!!
