See the Great American Family Facebook Live with Sneak Peeks Here ::

Great American Family's Live Stream Tonight was such a fun event!

I hope many of you were able to catch it! (If not, I've embedded it below!)

The show began with host Cameron Mathison speaking to Trevor Donovan and Beth Stern about the upcoming Great American Rescue Bowl on February 8th, and of course, they were joined by adorable puppies!

Other highlights of the show:

*Cindy Busby, Trevor Donovan, and Jillian Murray - spoke of When Hope Calls: Brookfield. Two previews for the upcoming season were shown. Season 3 will start Saturday, April 4th, on Great American Family.

*Jep & Jessica Robertson spoke about their new series, Jep & Jessica: Beyond the Bayou.

*Great American Media CEO Bill Abbott joined the conversation then. He spoke of the upcoming Easter movie, Blessings in Disguise starring Shae Robins and Casey Elliott. Bill also mentioned that he and Candace had been in talks about her second 2026 Christmas movie. The first is A Sweet Christmas Anniversary, which was filmed in Budapest, Hungary in December, 2025, with Cameron Mathison. And good news for us sleuthers, Bill also mentioned that a fourth Ainsley McGregor Mystery will be in production soon!

*Julia Reilly was up next to speak about the third season of County Rescue and the Christmas movie she is currently filming, An Ozark Mountain Christmas.

*Jonathan Stoddard, the star of An Ozark Mountain Christmas, also spoke about his new movie, and Brittany Underwood joined him to talk about Crossroad Springs, which begins Saturday, March 7th on Great American Family.

All in all, it was a fantastic show. So wonderful to hear everyone discussing the faith-and-family stories coming to Great American Family in 2026!

Here's the Live Stream - (Enjoy!):

  3. Too bad they didn't mention anything on Destined 3. Just even we hear you want it, or we know you guys want it and we are not doing it, or we have to wait.

Glad to hear all the other good stuff, and so happy CCB doing 2 movies again. I wish her co star could be Jessie Hutch, and it is Let it Snow, Again.

    1. Sabrina, I almost missed it, but Bill Abbott did mention real quick that he was aware that MANY fans were asking for that third Destined movie. And then he went on to talk about Shae and Casey's Easter movie. So... he definitely knows, and I can only imagine there will be more requests after their Easter movie airs.

And yes, the Candace movie news is great! I'm still hoping with you for that Let it Snow 2 Christmas movie. Hopefully, it will happen one day! :)

    2. Net,

I can give them ideas on Let It Snow, Again:

It is several years after, maybe 5 or 6. Brady is running Snow Valley and Stephanie is running her dad's business. She has to travel a lot, and they have a sweet little girl named Hope. Stephanie is struggling cause her father passed away, and she wants to continue his legacy, but her heart is not in it. Brady is stressed cause he is handling everything, and feels like he is raising Hope. Carla suggest that Stephanie come home to Snow Valley for a months vacation. She does, and she remembers all she loved about the inn, and sees how her being gone a lot has hurt her relationship with Hope, and Brady. The guy her dad always mentioned, loves running the company and thru being home where she loves, she discovers she is holding on to Falcon Resorts to hold on to her dad. She gets the guy I can't remember that her dad says do I need to call, blank, and she gets him to sell Snow Valley to her and Brady and she sells Falcon to him. Her and Brady decide to run only Snow Valley and be happy.

PS, Brady's brother Jack is on this movie. He comes back and Brady is wrestling with if he should let Jack run Snow Valley and he and Hope go be in Phoenix where Falcon's headquarters is, with Stephanie. But Jack is not really into Snow Valley, but he meets one of the vacationers, and falls in love.

When the movie closes, Stephanie and all the family, and some of the long time vacationers are there, and she tells Brady she has been having dreams every night since she came back to Snow Valey for vacation, that her and Brady have another daughter, and her name is Faith. Brady says wow, I mean we are running the Inn now and another daughter, and Stephanie says, Brady, I am pregnant. And Brady hugs her and is so happy. They show 1 year later, and all at the inn, Jack there with his new wife, Carla and Paul are there, and baby Faith there with Hope telling mom she can help her with Faith or help daddy chop wood.

I think GAF could do so good with this movie :)

    1. Abigail, You are so sweet! Thank you for sharing this. I've been wondering who might be affected here at It's a Wonderful Movie by this. It sounds like millions of people could be experiencing this extreme weather and many may be without power for days, or even weeks.

I pray you and your family will be safe, along with everyone here in the path.

  5. How about Merritt Patterson’s movies?

    1. Unfortunately, Merritt wasn't a part of the show, after all. It seems she may be the star of a new project based on one of of Melissa Ferguson's books that wasn't quite ready (due to contracts and such) to announce, so we'll have to stay tuned for that news still.

  6. Super exciting news about another GAF mystery! Hoping they will branch out and make more with other actresses- I think Jill Wagner would be amazing of course but if they wanted to use someone new who hasn’t don’t mysteries I think Cindy Busby or Jen Lilly would be a nice switch up.

    1. Paula, Love your suggestions! I would really like to see more mysteries, too. Hopefully, that's something they are planning more of down the road. I think Jill Wagner and Cameron Mathison could be really fun in a Mystery together. I love their Christmas movie.

Plus, I can imagine Cindy & Jen would be great in a mystery series, too! It's so fun just to think about the possibilities!!!!
