The Faith Channel is premiering an all-new Christmas film this holiday season titled "Christmas at the Cabin"! This premiere will be the very first original movie from Faith Channel Productions, which launched in April 2025 with a mission to create uplifting Christian films and content.
"Christmas at the Cabin" will make its big debut in theaters starting November 14, 2025. After its run, it will be available to purchase online, and streaming will be available through various platforms.
If you're familiar with Pure Flix streaming movies and series, then you'll likely recognize some of the actors in this film from “Vindication,” “Divine Influencer,” “Disciples In The Moonlight,” and other faith-based favorites.

LOS ANGELES (Oct. 15, 2025) — “CHRISTMAS AT THE CABIN,” a new holiday romantic comedy from Director Tori Hunter (“Shades of Violet,” “The Christmas Letter,” “The Shift,” “Washington's Armor”) and Writer Marianne Haaland, is set to hit theaters nationwide on November 14, 2025. This heartwarming feature marks FaithChannel Productions’ first original production, delivering a family-friendly film that embraces the chaos, comedy, and emotional highs and lows of the holiday season. A heartfelt, funny, and uplifting film perfect for audiences of all ages, “CHRISTMAS AT THE CABIN” is a holiday story about love, friendship, forgiveness, and finding peace amid the imperfections of life. The film follows Michelle and Josh, a couple planning a peaceful Christmas getaway at their remote mountain cabin. Hoping for a calm and cozy holiday, they invite Michelle’s free-spirited sister Poppy to tag along. But their plans unravel when their car slides into a snowbank and they find their cabin mysteriously occupied by a squatter. Things get even stranger when the squatter turns out to be Guy, Josh’s unpredictable college buddy and is promptly blasted in the face with bear spray.
Michelle, a holiday traditionalist and meticulous planner, finds herself at odds with Guy’s chaotic energy. As a winter storm rolls in tensions flare, laughs are shared, and unexpected connections begin to form. When Michelle storms off after a heated argument, she is rescued in the blizzard by Luke, a mysterious stranger who helps her see that sometimes, surrendering control is the key to rediscovering joy.
