Fresh off finishing her latest film, Candace Cameron Bure shared some exciting movie updates while on a flight traveling back home!
Mid-flight, Candace invited her Instagram followers to submit various questions, and here are two that I found particularly intriguing for us movie fans...
First question:
Q: "When is the new mystery movie coming out"
A: Soon! I think next month 😊(with a party face emoji)
Next question:
Q: I love your movies. Will you make more Christmas movies this year?
A: Yes! I just finished filming a new Christmas movie and going to film a second one for 2025 next month!
The new mystery movie being referred to in the first question is "Ainsley McGregor Mysteries: A Case for the Yarn Maker." Hopefully, we will get to see this movie in May, as Candace shared.
Here's the promo Great American Family released for this all-new mystery...
As I've mentioned before, another mystery in the "Ainsley McGregor Mysteries" franchise was filmed in late February and early March, titled "Ainsley Mcgregor Mysteries: A Case For The Watchmaker." Aaron Ashmore and Robin Dunne are back for this movie, as well.
As for the Christmas movie Candace just wrapped, I believe I know the title, but I am awaiting confirmation before sharing. Also, I haven't seen/heard any clues as to who her opposite could be? Do you all have any ideas/guesses?
It has already been announced that Candace and Cameron Mathison are doing a sequel movie to "Home Sweet Christmas," so I presume that is the movie she is filming next month.
Also, this Sunday, April 6th, is Candace's Birthday! Visit my weekend post to see the Candace movies airing this Saturday and Sunday, including a marathon!
Saw this last night and smiled. :) I love these Q and A's. -Maria
ReplyDeleteI am hoping to see her mystery next month. I love the Ainsley McGregor mysteries. I also think I might know who her costar in her Christmas movie might be since he was at the same location at the same time she was and just posted that he just finished a movie. I am not going to say until I am sure.
ReplyDeleteLove CCB Mystery Movies on GAF. The title is intriguing. I was a docent at one time at an 18th century building museum. The method of making yarn has some fun lore to go with it- songs and specific colors to name a few. Hope they bring that into the story. It could add to the story or … solve a mystery, maybe (?).
ReplyDeleteAny CCB Christmas movie is outstanding. The reason for the season is always in her GAF Christmas movie.
Take care,

🙏Please remember and pray for the families in Kentucky that are facing harsh weather and flooding. My hometown was hit by flooding.
Gabe's Mom, Thank you for sharing those interesting details about yarn making. I wonder how much detail they will give. Should be interesting to see how this is incorporated into the story.
DeleteGlad to hear you are looking forward to both her new mystery and her Christmas movie, as well! We really need more Christmas movies that incorporate faith like Candace's do.
And... yes, absolutely... my heart and prayers are with the dear, great state of Kentucky. It's been so sad to see the flooding devastation there. Heartbreaking. I'm really sorry to learn that your hometown was also affected. Praying for Kentucky and all who reach out and physically go to help them recover.
Candace I hate what They did to Aurora Teagarden When they replaced You , They completely got rid of your story arc. The New Story arc is unrecognizable
ReplyDeleteexciting news
ReplyDeleteThis is great!
ReplyDeleteAll I know is for her Christmas movie (I won't say the title since you didn't) that she's wrapped, Natasha also stars. It may be that Natasha has the love interest based on the storyline.
ReplyDeleteYes, I saw that video of the two of them! Looks very sweet! :)
