๐ŸŽ„ GAC Family Announces First Christmas Movie for 2022 - Catering Christmas! ๐ŸŽ„

GAC Family announces a delicious treat for all of us viewers who love Christmas!

Their first Christmas movie to be announced for the upcoming 2022 Holiday Season is "Catering Christmas" (working title) starring Merritt Patterson and Daniel Lissing! Both actors previously starred in movies for GAC Family last Christmas. Merritt Patterson starred in "Jingle Bell Princess," while Daniel Lissing had a cameo role as his popular "When Calls the Heart" character, Mountie Jack Thornton, in "When Hope Calls: Christmas" and a starring role in the GAC Family Christmas movie, "A Christmas Star."

Variety revealed the news for this Christmas movie, along with this storyline: " “Catering Christmas” follows Molly Frost (Patterson) as she struggles to launch her new catering business and unexpectedly lands New Hampshire’s biggest event of the year. Meanwhile, Carson Jacob Harrison (Lissing), manager of the event, is the very reluctant heir to his family’s foundation who needs a reminder of all the good his family does."

Filming for "Catering Christmas" will begin this weekend - on Sunday, April 3rd! Be sure to look for this all new movie during GAC Family's “Great American Christmas” this upcoming Holiday Season!

Are you excited to hear this movie news? I certainly am, and I can't wait to see what else GAC Family has in store this Christmas! Stay tuned!

Hallmark Announces: "Chesapeake Shores" Season 6 - Final Season of Series!

"The news is finally here!" (Hallmark announced today via Instagram.) "#ChesapeakeShores is coming back for a sixth, albeit final, season. Stay tuned for all the laughter, love, and don’t miss one heartfelt O’Brien moment coming this summer. #Chessies"

"Chesapeake Shores" follows 4 generations in the O'Brien family, led by Nell O'Brien (Diane Ladd), Mick (Treat Williams), and Megan (Barbara Niven). Also, returning this season are: Meghan Ory, Emilie Ullerup, Brendan Penny, Andrew Francis, Laci J. Malley, and Robert Buckley.

I'm personally curious to see... the health condition of Connor (Andrew Francis) in the new season, along with future family plans for Kevin (Brendan Penny) and Sarah (Jessica Sipos). Not sure what other directions the series may go this season??? Will Megan and Mick split up for good or will they finally reunite after many years apart? So many questions will hopefully be answered in this final season. Is there any possibility that Trace (Jesse Metcalfe) will return? I'm not sure. Most likely no. But, I'm still hoping! Will "Chesapeake Shores" remain mostly family friendly- for all ages? I sure hope so! (Although, please note: there are some brief, adult situations and dialogue I would personally caution for young viewers in previous seasons.)

What do you think of this news? Will you be tuning into the Hallmark Channel for this all new, final season of "Chesapeake Shores?"

Blessings, Net

Hope you all have a lovely and pleasant Spring weekend! Our grass, here in the Midwest, is getting a little greener and our perennial flowers are just starting to sprout up, although our temps have dipped some and remain around the 40's. Looking forward to warmer Spring weather and bright sunshine - right around the corner!

It's been heartbreaking to see the destruction of tornadoes across the South - in Texas and Louisiana. My prayers certainly go out to those people as they rebuild their homes. I hope you all have been well and safe. Still praying, as well, for peace in Ukraine and all over the world.

Blessings on your weekend! Net

Movie Reviews:

๐ŸŽ„"Oh my goodness! Not only is Five More Minutes family friendly it is soooo good! It's got a little mystery, lots of family love and honors our military too! This one is a keeper! Warning...have tissues close by!! Thank you Net and all who come here to write reviews for these movies!" ~Joyce in Carolina

๐ŸŽ„"Five More Minutes" is also family-friendly, but I'm not sure what to make of the story. I'm still trying to decide if I liked it or not. On one hand, there were some touching things about the story, and I like David Haydn-Jones. On the other hand, there wasn't enough of David Haydn-Jones' character, and I found an aspect of the story (I'm trying not to spoil anything) a little too unbelievable or odd for me, even though I usually love stories that have a fantastical element to them. I also saw the "twist" coming from the beginning, so it wasn't a big surprise." ~Amy Lama

๐ŸŽ„"Just finished watching Hallmark Five More Minutes. It reminded me of the old Hallmark Christmas movies. Great movie, Great family theme. I was putting off watching this movie because Hallmark disappointed me so much this year." ~Anonymous

๐ŸŽ„"I watched Five More Minutes this evening, no regrets!! It is family friendly and amazing!!! My personal opinion, the best one on movies and mysteries so far this year, and it might remain the best for the rest of the year too! One thing that surprised me in a very good way is it had a bit of a military theme which we haven't really seen this year like we used to, so that was wonderful!! I don't want to give anything away so I won't say anything else, but it is definitely a new favorite for me!!! It is a VERY special Christmas movie!!" -brother in Christ

๐ŸŽ„"I watched Nantucket Noel, A Kindhearted Christmas and Five More Minutes. They were family friendly. I would watch A Kindhearted Christmas and Five More Minutes again. I really like David Hayden-Jones. I had to grab tissues for that last movie." ~Mary

๐ŸŽ„"I just want to share my impressions of Five More Minutes. It was was such a wonderful and touching story. One of the best. Watching it was such a joyful experience for me, I felt so warm and happy. I like Nikky Deloach, she was just amazing in this movie, her emotions were real. And thank Scotty Mccreery for such a wonderful song, which was the inspiration for this movie. It is indeed a very beautiful song. This movie will become a Hallmark classic, for sure." ~Oksanka

๐ŸŽ„"Watched 5 More Minutes last night. Very family friendly. Dealing with loss at this time of year touches all of us in different ways. I think an earlier comment mentions a fantasy element that was used in a good way I thought. In some ways it reminded me of 2002s A Christmas Visitor with William DeVane and the 2004s Angel in the Family with Meredith Baxter and Ronny cox. (I think these were the titles). They also had elements of wanting more time to get closure that used supernatural means." JoCo

๐ŸŽ„"Five More Minutes is everything the other comments have said. Finally watched it last night and I was blown away, not only by the acting but also the story. This movie is at the top of my favorites. The mystery is awesome; the ending unexpected. I left this movie full of joy." ~kitkat

๐ŸŽ„"Angel Falls Christmas", "Much Ado About Christmas, "Five More Minutes". "My Family Christmas Tree" was interesting and good." ~Namegirl

๐ŸŽ„"FIVE MORE MINUTES Family friendly. What a tearjerker. Many great reviews already but I agree that this was one of the better ones this year. Heartbreaking and deep. This might be my favorite Nikki DeLoach movie yet. Great pairing with David Hayden-Jones. The only thing is that I personally have never been a fan of love triangle, especially that Clara was in a serious relationship. Although I could see how Clara was struggling with her feelings, she also definitely spent too much time with Logan, no matter how innocence it might seem. I do understand that sometimes that’s just how a love story is formed. I did love the ending. Without wanting to spoil too much, the way they conclude Grandpa & Clara’s relationship was beautiful and touching." ~CH Mom

๐ŸŽ„"This beautiful movie truly touched my heart! If only we could all have just 5 more minutes with our loved ones. Heartwarming and family-friendly." ~Net

Christmas Fridays...

March 25, 2022:

In "A Kiss Before Christmas," real estate development executive Ethan Holt (Denton) is a married father with two teens. On Christmas Eve, he is disappointed to learn he’s losing out on a promotion and laments that his “nice guy” way of doing business has held him back in his career. Thanks to some Christmas magic, Ethan’s casual wish that his life had taken a different course becomes reality. He wakes up the next morning and is shocked to find everything is different – he isn’t married to Joyce (Hatcher), he doesn’t have two teenaged kids, and he’s CEO of his company. Joyce is the key to Ethan being able to reclaim his original life and the family he loves; he must convince her that their happily-ever-after is waiting for them — and he only has until Christmas Day.

Movie Reviews:

๐ŸŽ„"A Kiss Before Christmas is family-friendly, and I liked it very much. One of my favorites so far. James Denton and Teri Hatcher were great in their roles and great together. Stories from a male character's point of view seem to be rare on Hallmark, so I enjoyed that aspect of it. I love this type of "It's a Wonderful Life" story, even if it has been done many times before, and this one did not disappoint." ~Amy Lama

๐ŸŽ„"A Kiss Before Christmas is family friendly, and I really enjoyed this movie. James Denton and Terri Hatcher are good together, plus I loved the story. Another keeper for me. The stories have been told before in both of these movies (including A Kindhearted Christmas), but I never tire of seeing good deeds and life changing things happen. When you leave a movie feeling happiness and joy, it is a good thing. That is how I felt." ~kitkat

๐ŸŽ„"Kiss Before Christmas was not bad or good, just ok. Kind of what i expected." ~Sabrina

๐ŸŽ„"A Kiss Before Christmas - I really wanted to like this movie, but I felt like it took James Denton’s character way too long to want his old life back. For a while there, he seemed to like his fortune and successful career more than his family. Plus, I wasn’t crazy about all of the political pictures that were supposed to be impressive behind his desk at work. I did, however, like the cute chemistry between James Denton and Teri Hatcher." ~Net

๐ŸŽ„"A Kiss Before Christmas was pretty good. As has already been shared, it is Family friendly. I was hoping for it to be a little bit better, but it was still a nice Christmas movie!" ~brother in Christ

๐ŸŽ„"A Kiss Before Christmas" was very good. I teared up toward the end of the movie - and I rarely cry at these movies." ~Namegirl

๐ŸŽ„"A Kiss Before Christmas Family-friendly: Yes Keeper: Yes I love how the focus of this movie is on the relationship between two "older" people. (FYI - both James Denton and Teri Hatcher are in their early 50's, though they both look much younger!) And the chemistry between them was right on! They have acted together before in Desperate Housewives, and it looked like they were having a lot of fun making this movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it!" ~Mark 25

So... that's the two Christmas movie choices this week. Will you be watching one or both, as we "Mark the 25th" day of the month on Friday, March 25th in our Countdown to Christmas, or something else?

Once again, I must say, I'm so thankful for all of your comments. Thank you all so much! It's always interesting to hear everyone's different opinions, likes, and dislikes, too! For this week's movies - one must suspend their disbelief in the possibility of traveling through time. My movie pick for the week is "Five More Minutes!"

I hope you all have 5 or more minutes to enjoy watching a little Christmas this week!

Happy 9 months 'til Christmas day!๐ŸŽ„

Reminder: ๐ŸŒนWhen Love Blooms๐ŸŒน Premieres Friday on BYU + My Movie Review! ๐Ÿ’ฎ SEE HERE:

I am sending out this post today to remind you all - the latest movie premiere from Incendo Productions, When Love Blooms, will air this Friday afternoon, March 25, 2022, on BYU-TV at 1pm/12c.

Recently, I pre-screened the movie through BYU's we-site. See my review below.

MOVIE REVIEW - "When Love Blooms":

๐Ÿ’ฎ "If you really, really enjoy flowers, then you might enjoy When Love Blooms, because nearly every scene is about arranging flowers for a big competition. As a risk management analyst, Ann Keller (played by Sarah Power, “Nantucket Noel”) is rather persnickety; she has trouble making up her mind, even in inconsequential situations, such as: picking something to eat for lunch or ice cream flavors. Ann returns to her hometown after her father injures his arm and takes his place in a flower arranging competition, titled the “Botanic Cup”. She really has no idea about flower arranging, but her partner, Aaron Blum, an ex-football player, is the town’s florist, so he teaches her. This movie is mostly family-friendly; however, I have one caution on dialogue. Aaron eventually reveals his former partner in the flower competition was his ex, and he makes a brief comment that implies that he formerly lived with his ex-girlfriend. He says, "love doesn’t lock you out of the house at 2am in only your bath robe." That’s the only questionable content I recall. The chemistry between the leads, in my opinion, is a little stiff, and Aaron’s side project at the florist shop is a bit odd. Even though I do love flowers, this was just an okay one time watch for me." ~Net

If you decide to check out the movie, please be sure to let me know your thoughts in comments below.

See the premiere of
Friday, March 25, 2022
at 1pm/12c. on BYU

The movie can also be seen through BYU's app or web-site - *here*.

TO DEBUT ON HALLMARK MOVIES & MYSTERIES
August, 2022

Details via Hallmark Press Release:

Karen Pittman, Erica Ash, Joyful Drake, Jermaine Love and Lance Gross Set to Star in the All-New Movie

STUDIO CITY, CA - March 22, 2022 - Production has begun in Italy on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries first movie under the network's Mahogany banner, "Unthinkably Good Things" (working title).

The network has cast Karen Pittman ("And Just Like That," "The Morning Show"), Erica Ash ("Survivor's Remorse," Uncle Drew) and Joyful Drake ("Let's Stay Together," "The Quad"), as well as Jermaine Love ("Outer Banks," Rogue Warfare) and Lance Gross ("House of Payne," "Our Kind of People").

Mahogany is the first of several new content initiatives and brand extensions that will tap into the rich 100+ year legacy of the Hallmark brand. The slate of movies are rooted in the iconic Hallmark greeting card line of the same name. Mahogany will expand Crown Media's content offerings with powerful storytelling that exemplifies Hallmark's core ethos - family, community, human connection, positivity and the transformational power of love - through the unique lens of Black culture.

"Mahogany is a beloved brand by millions of consumers around the world and we are thrilled to bring the brand to life on screen with this first new movie," Toni Judkins, SVP Programming Development, Crown Media - Mahogany shared. Judkins continued, "We are committed to telling beautiful, emotionally rich, authentic stories that show Black women experiencing the joys of love through romance, sisterhood and community."

At a crossroads in her career and love life, Allison (Pittman) is in need of the love and support of her two friends Melina (Drake) and Reesa (Ash). While they have different personalities and perspectives, they know each other's truths and help to make life-changing decisions. Between the good wine, delicious food, a healthy serving of romance, set against the beautiful backdrop of Tuscany the three women relish in the importance of friendship and inspire each other to make this next season the best one yet and to take the leap to pursue the life and loves they have always wanted.

"Unthinkably Good Things" is a Kronicle Media Production. Korin D. Williams, Monique Nash and Cristina Giubbetti are Executive Producers. David Wulf is Producer. Terri J. Vaughn is directing a script by Cas Sigers-Beedles.

๐ŸŒžSpring is Here this Sunday!!!๐ŸŒž New Premieres & Movie Marathons are in Bloom ALL Weekend Long! ๐Ÿ’ฎ SEE HERE:

UPtv has the only NEW lighthearted, rom-com premiere airing this weekend. Since I pre-screened this movie, titled "The Wedding Fix," and I can tell you - it's a delightful, family friendly film, and I hope many of you will enjoy it, too! (See my full review below!)

Also airing Sunday night, is a new episode of "When Calls the Heart" on the Hallmark Channel. I think the lack of new movies, overall, is most likely due to all of the NCAA basketball games airing this weekend. (How is your bracket doing?) Sometimes, it's hard for the movie networks to compete with these big sporting events in viewership.

Check out details on the new movie and more airing this weekend below...

Movie Review:

๐Ÿ’ฎ "The Wedding Fix is lighthearted, family friendly and refreshing, like sunshine on a cloudy day! I enjoyed the chemistry between the leads, Gwen (Andrea Brooks, “When Calls the Heart”) and Josh (Patch May, “Gingerbread Miracle”). As the maid of honor, Gwen (an over-planner), is tasked to work with Josh, the best man (surprise, he’s a free spirit!), to save her best friend’s wedding. Of course, opposites attract! The mix of their opposite personalities plays well on screen; there seems to be an instant spark between the two, even when she mistakes him in the beginning for someone else. Besides all the wedding planning, there’s star-gazing, fishing, and maybe, even some rock climbing, if Josh can talk Gwen into giving it a try! Overall, it’s a delightful, feel good movie. The wedding issue at the end was a bit anticlimactic, but thankfully, Gwen was there to fix it!!! My suggestion… fix yourself a comfy spot for The Wedding Fix, relax and enjoy this sweet UPtv romantic comedy!" ~Net

"Harmony From The Heart" stars Jessica Lowndes (An Autumn Romance, Angel Falls Christmas, High Flying Romance) and Jesse Metcalfe (Martha's Vineyard Mystery, Chesapeake Shores). There was such a terrific response from my followers here after this movie premiered in February on GAC Family - that I decided to re-share our reviews here... Enjoy!

Movie Reviews for "Harmony From The Heart":

๐Ÿ’— "Loved Harmony Of The Heart. Great chemistry and the singing was beautiful." ~Misty

๐Ÿ’— "Harmony from the Heart is another big win for GAC Family!! And 2 new movies next month?! Squeal!!" -Maria

๐Ÿ’— "Harmony Of The Heart is close to perfection! What a beautiful story! Loved everything about this movie. I have watched it 3 times already. The singing blew me away. To Bill Abbott I say "THANK YOU" for giving us these beautiful stories. Praying God will bless GAC to soar above all expectations." ~kitkat

๐Ÿ’— "So happy to see someone say that didn't like "The Wedding Veil Unveiled". I thought I thought I was the only one!! I just could not get into that movie! The role just didn't seem to fit Autumn Reeser. I finally changed the channel and watched Harmony of the Heart...great movie by the way!" ~Joyce in Carolina

๐Ÿ’— "Heartwarming and hilarious – this Valentine’s Day themed movie is the perfect mix of romance, drama and comedy! One minute, I was misty-eyed and the next, I was laughing out loud! Jesse Metcalfe and Jessica Lowndes had just the right amount of chemistry, starting off at odds, and then gradually, that tension eased. Jessica’s character, Violet, is determined that her musical therapy can help improve one's emotional well-being and physical health, while Jesse Metcalfe’s character, Dr. Blake Williams, a heart surgeon, is not convinced, until he watches, day by day, as Violet works with his grandfather. The ensemble cast was wonderful! Loved Violet’s witty best friend, Desiree, a hopeful romantic - who owns a flower shop, Blake’s fun, energetic brother, Max, who owns a chocolate shop, and Blake’s grandparents, who were equally wonderful in their roles. I truly felt actress Susan Hogan’s heart, as the grandmother, watching her husband struggle with therapy, especially knowing in real life, how she has watched her husband go through medical struggles and triumphs since his fall in early 2020. The singing was beautiful throughout the movie, and I loved the emotion of all of these characters. “Harmony from the Heart” is a very sweet movie, one I look forward to watching over and over again!" ~Net

Hope many of you will enjoy the encore airings of this *heart*warming Valentine's Day themed movie on GAC Family!

INTERVIEW: Actress ANDREA BROOKS on her NEW UPtv movie The Wedding Fix, Hallmark's When Calls the Heart, the TV Shows she loved growing up, plus the activity she learned for 2 movies! ♥️

Today, I am excited to share with you all my interview with actress, Andrea Brooks, who stars on the Hallmark drama, When Calls the Heart, and has been in a number TV movies, including: A Wish For Christmas, Destination Wedding, Jingle Around the Clock, Fishing for Love and more!

In our interview below we discuss Andrea's new UPtv movie, The Wedding Fix, where she plays the lead role of a television journalist who takes on the challenge of planning her best friend's wedding. I had the pleasure of pre-screening this movie; it is a delightful, lighthearted family friendly rom-com, with great chemistry between the leads and sweet best friend moments. I hope you enjoy my interview with Andrea below and the premiere of The Wedding Fix this Sunday night on UPtv!

INTERVIEW

Actress

Andrea Brooks

**********************

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Welcome, Andrea, to ‘It’s a Wonderful Movie,’ where we chat about family friendly movies on TV! Please tell us about your character, Gwen, in “The Wedding Fix.” Is she anything like you?

Andrea Brooks: Thanks so much for the chat! My character in "The Wedding Fix" can best be described as a no-nonsense, Type-A, hyper-planner. I do think I share some similarities with Gwen, but I'm definitely a bit more capable of going with the flow than she is (I think that comes with the territory when you act for a living). It's apparent within the first few scenes of the movie that Gwen's ability to focus and follow a strict set of rules is both her strength and her flaw. She's a hardworking television journalist with a big heart, and she's always happy to lend a helping hand, but she very much likes things to be done on her own terms. It's about time she meets someone who can shake things up and teach her the value in improvising and living in the moment.

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Do you have a favorite scene or memorable filming moment in “The Wedding Fix?”

Andrea Brooks: This was an exceptionally delightful shoot! I adored working with our director, Nicholas Humphries, and Patch May was such a fun co-star with infectious charisma! Most of my memories involve us cracking up in between takes along with the rest of the cast and crew. That said, one of my favourite moments during the shoot took place during a cute star gazing scene. The camera setup was quite elaborate, and it was freezing cold shooting out on the dewy grass in the middle of the night, but the scene felt so effortless and natural. I think it's my favourite moment in the entire movie.

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Your character, Gwen, goes rock-climbing for the first time. Have you ever done any sort of outdoor adventures like this?

Andrea Brooks: I have only ever rock climbed at indoor climbing gyms, so rigging up to climb a real mountain was a new experience for me (as it was for Gwen)! We were lucky in that there were a lot of climbing experts on our crew. They were wonderfully helpful when it came to giving us pointers in this scene.

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Congratulations on “The Wedding Fix” being your second lead role in an UPtv movie this year. The first movie, of course, was “Fishing for Love.” In that movie your character learns to fish. Did you have any previous experience fishing in real-life?

Andrea Brooks: Thank you so much!! I have such fantastic memories from both of those shoots and I'm so excited that people can finally see the movies on UPtv. I had no experience with fishing prior to shooting "Fishing for Love" (unless, of course, you count my brother and I putting poptarts on hooks and attempting to catch carp in Lake Las Vegas when we were kids). Shooting at the docks in Brentwood Bay was fabulous because we were able to meet and chat with so many individuals from the local fishing community. Spencer Lord and I were able to get out on the water, ask fishing questions, and learn to tie knots before we even went to camera. I loved it! Also! Fun fact... Keep your eyes out for a fishing scene in "The Wedding Fix." It was thrilling to be able to put this newly acquired skill to use in yet another movie!

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Was it a challenge to film these movies during the pandemic?

Andrea Brooks: Filming during a pandemic is no easy task. You're always worried that at any moment, a producer could come running in with bad news about an outbreak. Luckily, we were in the clear for both "Fishing for Love" and "The Wedding Fix." Generally, I have found that people in the film industry take the ever-evolving covid protocols quite seriously as nobody wants to cause a shut down. I find that we definitely shoot outdoors quite a bit more. We also test and maintain distance when not filming. I've worked with so many exceptional artists over the past couple of years, and I'm so scared I won't recognize them if I ever see them walking down the street without a mask on.

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Many viewers also recognize you as Dr. Faith Carter on the television series, “When Calls the Heart.” Please share what it is like to work on this family series, especially as your character moves on with her medical career in Hope Valley without her love, Dr. Carson Shepherd.

Andrea Brooks: When Calls the Heart is such a wonderful gift. I adore our cast and crew so much and I still pinch myself when driving in to work every day. I'm so proud of Faith's career achievements, and I've loved bearing witness to her evolution as both a medical professional and as a human being over these past eight years. Becoming a doctor in the early 20th century was unheard of, and it's quite a thrill being able to tell that story, especially now that she's standing on her own two feet after Carson left for Baltimore. Faith's got a lot on her mind this season, and she's finally going to have to come to terms with her feelings and her heart (something she hasn't been very good at doing in the past).

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: What does it mean to you, personally – to create movies and TV shows that families can watch together?

Andrea Brooks: It means so much to me, especially now being a parent myself. I was so inspired by family friendly shows like "Little House on the Prairie," "Full House" and "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" when I was growing up, and it makes me happy to think that I get to be a part of telling those kinds of stories for a new generation. I do believe that television has tremendous power to bring families and loved ones together while teaching valuable lessons and inspiring us to be the best versions of ourselves. It can also offer comfort, connection and community. I absolutely love being a part of it all!

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Oh, I love the shows you mentioned! I, too, grew up with those same exact programs in my home. My family especially loved "Little House!" It is awesome to think a whole new generation is growing up now with "When Calls the Heart!"

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Do you have any future projects you can share with us?

Andrea Brooks: The ninth season of When Calls the Heart is currently on air and we're crossing our fingers for a season 10! I have another movie forthcoming that stars myself and Marcus Rosner (I'll be sure to keep everyone updated about a release date).

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: That's so fun that you were able to work with Marcus Rosner again! You two made such a cute bride and groom in "A Harvest Wedding." I look forward to hearing more about your new movie (working title: "Sit, Stay, Love"); the story sounds like a cute one - based around pet adoption.

Net, It’s a Wonderful Movie: Anything else you'd like to share?

Andrea Brooks: I've also been writing a lot and have started pitching some of my own family friendly projects. In the meantime, be sure to check out reruns of "Fishing for Love," as well as "The Wedding Fix" on UPtv on March 20th!

Thank you so much, Andrea, for taking the time to share your filming experience with us! It is always interesting to learn extra behind-the-scenes details, and it was fun to hear your enjoyment in the creation of this new rom-com! The outdoor setting is certainly beautiful throughout the film; it is truly a breath of fresh air! And the love story that develops gradually throughout the movie is such a sweet one! Thank you for this lovely, family-friendly movie!

I also want to say a special thank you to all my followers here for reading this interview. I've included a trailer for “The Wedding Fix” below. I hope you will enjoy the premiere of this lighthearted movie this weekend. Like sunshine peeking through the clouds, “The Wedding Fix” will leave you with a smile on your face and brighten your day!
