A little Christmas at Easter... Great American Christmas 2024 Promo with Candace Cameron Bure, Mario Lopez, Danica McKeller, Rhiannon Fish, and More - SEE HERE:

Happy Easter weekend, everyone!

I wasn't planning on posting anything else over this Easter holiday weekend; however, Great American Family released a brand new promo for their 2024 Christmas movie season, and I couldn't resist quickly sharing it with you all!

( Side note: If you are looking for the Easter Weekend Programming Post - *Click Here*! )

In the promo video below, you'll see newcomers to Christmas movies on Great American Family: Mario Lopez and Rhiannon Fish. While this is Mario's first movie for the network, Rhiannon previously starred in the GFAM romantic comedy A Prince in Paradise. This all-new Christmas movie she is starring in, A Royal Proposal: A Royal in Paradise II, is a sequel to that film, and Mitchell Bourke will return as her co-star.

Another highlight in the promo is a quick clip of Candace Cameron Bure standing beside her new Christmas movie co-star! See if you recognize him in the promo. If not, I'll give you details below.

Great American Christmas 2024 Promo:

Isn't it exciting to get this little taste of Christmas and what is to come on Great American Family? They are promising more movies filled with "faith, family, and romance"!

Did you recognize Candace's co-star? If not, that's Eric Johnson, who you may recall from various TV movies throughout the years... Valentine Ever After, Fir Crazy, and one of my all-time favorites, Call Me Mrs. Miracle.

I hope you enjoyed seeing this Christmas movie promo over Easter weekend! Now, I must get back to the kitchen as I'm preparing some dishes for our family Easter meal tomorrow, and I'm sure many of you are busy, as well.

If you have a minute, however, please be sure to drop a line and share your thoughts on the Christmas promo in comments below.

Happy Easter, once again!
God's blessings to you all,
Net

  5. Thanks for trying to figure out who Candace’s costar is. Glad that there is a sequel to A Royal in Paradise. Hope we see more announcements soon. And wish that movies were still continuing next week.

  7. I agree Jim! I don’t have any social media so I would otherwise miss out on these little surprises if not for Net posting them here. And I did not know there was a YouTube channel, what is the name so that I can search it? 😊

  10. Great Christmas news over Easter weekend! That’s interesting GAF released that scene of Candace’s movie already. I’ve always liked Eric too. I wonder if airing the Mrs Miracle movies on their channel made someone think of him since he hasn’t done any TV movies for awhile now.

However, I wasn’t a fan of the original A Prince in Paradise movie, so whatever on a sequel. Maybe it will be better than the first one. Sorry if I offend anyone, but I felt GAF’s royal movie last year was a flop.

Unfortunately, no hints on Danica’s movie since all of her clips are obviously from last year.

  13. I think this announcement was to keep the movie fans happy. Well this movie fan is far from happy, I love this network but I am getting tired of the movies taking a break. and being replaced with decades old black and white programs like Perry Mason and Wagon Train. And their constant comment stay tuned for some exciting announcements for 2024 and beyond is annoying. The only announcement has been Christmas movies and.Candace’s mystery which was filmed before Christmas last year and does not take this long to edit.At least leave the Christmas movies on Friday and give us movies on the weekends instead of the marathons of the old programming. I want to keep supporting this network but it is getting harder and harder to do with programing like what is airing next week.

I agree with many of You,
I Love Eric, I was so thrilled when GAF started showing
"Call me Mrs. Miracle" it's my favorite of the series.
"Fir Crazy" I miss Sarah Lancaster, hardly see her anymore?
Oh but "Valentine ever after" with Autumn, I could put on a loop( I have a few times😂)

This is wonderful news, I have wished for years for him to be in more movies, any season.
I know a lot of these actors do many projects, but I rarely stray from family friendly, except on TCM, and I only love Silent to 1963, anything from 1966 my birth year😉forward I don't think qualifies as a Classic-
    I'm Old😳 School....

Sorry this is past, but Uptv had my very Favorite Candace movie on Easter morning-
    "Finding Normal"❤️❤️❤️❤️
If you've never seen it, please check it out if you can.
It was made in 2013, I couldn't wait to get home from Easter Service
    ( We did 🌅 Sunrise🙏)
I even got the Pastor and some of the other men that we're saying- Oh no, a chick flick😂🤣
When there were tears, they said- must be something in the air?🙄
Hope everyone had a blessed Easter!

    1. That’s great but I will never see it since I will not watch Perry Mason. I can’t wait to see the ratings after one week of airing Perry Mason. Most of us know that Perry Mason will never bring in the same ratings that the movies do

  17. Jim, So glad I could share this hidden Easter egg with you!!! I always adore your creative, witty comments! I truly wasn't expecting this Christmas movie news from GFAM over Easter weekend, but of course, I had to share the excitement!!!

And thank you for the follow on YT. I just occasionally add promos there for movies, and no, you won't find any cooking videos from me... I'll leave that to the Pioneer Woman, Joanna Gaines, and the kitchen queen, Paula Deen!

Now... I must hop back to sharing movie news & hunting for those Easter eggs!!! :)

    Blessings to you!!! Net
