Hope you enjoy these Christmas movies this week!

I am always elated to see an encore airing of "Hearts of Christmas" on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries! There is just so much to love about this story - from the tiny little babies, to the witty banter, a very fun mention of "It's a Wonderful Life," terrific ensemble cast - which includes the POstables ("Signed, Sealed, Delivered" fans) with Crystal Lowe (Rita) and the Hearties ("When Calls the Heart" fans) with Chris McNally (Lucas). Plus, the romance that develops between Emilie Ullerup & Kristoffer Polaha's characters always touches the heart!

On Friday night, we are in for a treat with "Christmas at Dollywood" starring two more Hallmark favorites - Danica McKellar & Niall Matter! Will they be able to plan the big annual Christmas event and have the Christmas Tree of Many Colors lit in time? This is a delightfully fun, family-friendly movie that might just make you want to get out your cowboy boots and do a little line dancing!

  3. Hey Net!
I heard on the PenaVega's youtube that she will be filming a Christmas movie for hallmark soon. I don't recall seeing her in any of the casting announcements, so maybe she's in one of the last two to come out on hallmark movies and mysteries, since their casts are "tba".

    1. That is wonderful news! Thanks so much for sharing - I just love Alexa Panavega's Hallmark movies. I can't wait to hear which one she's doing... perhaps, "Swept Up by Christmas" (working title) or "Project Christmas Wish!"

    1. Sabrina, That's right! "Love & Gingerbread" will be premiering the Monday of Thanksgiving week. (unless they change the schedule again) I've been hearing that it MIGHT BE the Christmas movie that just finished filming with Jessica Lowndes and Chad Michael Murray, but Hallmark has not confirmed this, yet. We'll see!

Not sure about James Denton??? However, there are some projects left without a cast listed.

    2. They’re haven’t filmed yet for James Denton’s first Christmas movie called; “A Kiss Before Christmas”, other Hallmark Christmas movies still on shelves to save for next year or beyond.

      The Hallmark Christmas movies:

      Christmas at the Greenbrier
Christmas in Maple Valley - Jerry Todt
Christmas in London - Anita Hughes
      Christmas at Madison part 1 & 1
      When I Think of Christmas
      Nine Lives of Christmas 2
      Christmas at Mansfield Park
      Christmas in Angel Falls 3
      Ice Hotel Holiday 2
      Etc...

Expect for more New Year’s Eve Movies:

      A Kiss Before New Year’s
      Directed by Jennifer Love Hewitt
      Etc..

Many other movies still on the shelves in blinders haven’t yet filmed

If they filmed Christmas movies to save next year like” Christmas in Vienna”.

    3. I think someone claimed James Denton couldn't film his Hallmark show when he usually does cause he was making his 1st Christmas movie for Hallmark, I think someone that listens to the bubbly girls podcast said that (I don't know I don't listen).

and some of those movies on anonymous list, we don't even know those are for hallmark. Hallmark never said they were, those are unconfirmed by hallmark.

    4. Sabrina, I listened to a James Denton interview but not on bubbly girls podcast, and he said he was not making the Christmas movie because Hallmark could not get to it because Covid had pushed the schedule forward. I suppose that means it was shelved for now.

  5. I hope Hallmark Hallmark will make Christmas movie about Christmas Farm Inn & Spa with Traditional Christmas Wassail

  7. Does Kathie Lee Grifford mention her Godwink Christmas movie - A Godwink Christmas. First Loves & Second Chances on H&F?

She had a movie called, “Then Comes You”

    1. Great question! I was specifically watching and listening for that, too, but no... neither she, Debbie or Cameron mentioned her filming this next "Godwink" movie. I was really surprised.

In contrast, country singer Sara Evans was on Home & Family today to promote her new book Born to Fly and they mentioned at the very end that she will be in the new Hallmark Christmas movie "A Nashville Christmas Carol!" Sara will also be singing in the movie.

So... it really makes you wonder if Kathie Lee Gifford won't be in "A Godwink Christmas: First Loves, Second Chances," after all. The series certainly won't be the same without her, if so.

    1. Right! That one was their very last completely filmed "Garage Sale Mystery" movie that never aired on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
