  1. I hope this is just as good as the other Serena Miller book they made into a movie. Love finds you in Sugarcreek.

    1. Yes! I remember that Amish movie - "Love Finds You in Sugarcreek" - on UP! It was the first of three movies in the "Love Finds You..." series and Sarah Lancaster ("Christmas in the Smokies" and "Tis the Season for Love") played the lead role.

I have details and images from that movie - "HERE", if you're interested!

Hope you liked this one just as much - since both of these were Amish movie romances/mysteries!

  2. In my opinion, this was the best movie to air on either Hallmark channel since the last Signed Sealed Delivered movie. A great mystery as well as a sweet romance. Loved it! Becky F.

Also... I'm sure you already know, but a new Signed, Sealed, Delivered is coming up this Sunday night! So excited!

Thank you so much for sharing! Blessings to you, Net :)

    2. I loved the movie but still confused as top why the deputy did the killing, and the ex prisoner was not at the scene.

  4. Watched "Uncommon Grace" last night and my wife and I really liked it. It is a good Amish inspired movie. Another Amish inspired movie is "Love Finds You At Sugar Creek". Really love that one too. Also, watched and really enjoyed "While you were dating". They were divorced and got back together after 18 years in the movie. My wife and I were married young and divorced after a little over 5 years. God got us back together after 4 years and we have been together almost 40 years since getting together again. Praise be to God. To show the miracle we never lived closer than 500 miles apart.

    1. Glad to hear how much you enjoyed "Uncommon Grace." Yes, I also remember "Love Finds You in Sugarcreek", too! That was an UP - Amish movie mystery in 2014 starring Sarah Lancaster ("Christmas in the Smokies"), Tom Everett Scott ("Karroll's Christmas"), and Kelly McGillis (who also stars in this movie - "An Uncommon Grace")!

UP also had two other "Love Finds You" Amish Movies - including "Love Finds You in Charm" starring Danielle Chuchran ("Christmas for a Dollar"), Trevor Donovan ("J.L. Family Ranch), & Drew Fuller ("Perfect on Paper") and "Love Finds You in Valentine," with Michaela Mcmanus ("Law & Order: Special Victims Unit"), Diogo Morgado ("The Bible" Mini-series), Ed Asner ("All of My Heart"), Lindsay Wagner ("The Thanksgiving House"). All were great Amish mysteries!

I'm also so delighted to hear how much you enjoyed the movie "While You Were Dating." I think many were pleasantly surprised by this movie; I know I certainly was! And, I'm most HAPPY to hear how God restored your marriage over the years! That is truly a beautiful testimony of His Amazing Grace and Love! To God Be the Glory! Thank you so much for sharing your story!

God's Blessings to you both!!! Net :)

    1. "Uncommon Grace" will have additional airings coming up on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries!

I just checked and these are the times Hallmark is providing:

      (All times in EST.)
      Monday February 20 1:00 PM
      Monday March 6 9:00 PM
      Friday March 17 7:00 PM
      Monday March 27 7:00 PM

Hope you can catch one of these repeat showings.

I have only one caution- this is a typical TV mystery movie that does include some violence, so this is not a good one for young viewers. Otherwise, it's quite an interesting mystery!

  6. If this movie takes place in Ohio, then how come there was a Kentucky license plate and a letter with a Kentucky address on it in the movie? I believe this movie was filmed in Kentucky, but shouldn't the license plate and letter address have listed Ohio on it to reflect the story of the movie?

    1. I know I'm a little late to the party with this comment, but did you know the Cincinnati airport is actually in Kentucky? So it's really not all that far-fetched that a few Kentucky mentions would work their way into the movie.

  7. Is anyone able to tell me who the baby is that Grace is holding in some of the pictures?

There doesn't seem to be any mention of it in the plot scenario.

    Thanks.

    1. Yes, I can tell you! The little baby in "Uncommon Grace" is Levi's (Sean Faris) newborn baby brother. He has a minor health problem - digesting food, which Grace assists in diagnosing. In the scene where she is rocking the baby on the porch, pictured above, the mother is resting inside.

Hope that helps! This was a fascinating who-dun-it mystery - so, if you have any further questions, please let me know!

      Blessings!!! Net

    2. Many thanks, Net.

You wouldn't really know it was a who-dun-it from the description.

Sounds intriguing. Looking forward to seeing it in due course.
