If you're in-the-know on Christmas movies, then it's likely you're aware that Candace Cameron Bure and Cameron Mathison have filmed a sequel to their Home Sweet Christmas movie titled Another Sweet Christmas.
Since the original aired on Great American Family, most viewers naturally expected the sequel to appear in this year’s GAF holiday lineup, especially since filming wrapped earlier in the year. But when the network revealed its 2025 schedule, Another Sweet Christmas was surprisingly missing.
Candace opened her Instagram stories today for a Q&A with fans. While we don’t know exactly what questions she received, a friend of mine on IG informed me that she asked about the missing Christmas movie, and I'm sure many others asked, as well.
In response, Candace shared this little teaser:
“There will be a special announcement coming. Stay tuned!!”
So, for now, we’ll have to be patient a little longer and see when and where Another Sweet Christmas will premiere.
On a brighter note, Candace also mentioned during a recent Instagram Live that she has two Christmas movies coming out this year. That certainly gives us hope that we'll see both movies this Christmas season!

Two important notes...
#1: Two movies have switched places in the schedule - Love at Kringle Lake and Christmas in Midnight Clear.
#2: Also, the movie Love at Kringle Lake still has the wrong cast listed in this schedule.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if GAF has a "Christmas Wedding" event?..lol We could FINALLY get the Destined for Christmas #3, Royal Christmas Wedding (Rhianna Fish and Mitchell Bourke), and of course Candace and Cameron's "Another Sweet Christmas"

Rhiannon only filmed one for Hallmark, & Shae only filmed the one with Chris. 3 weddings at Christmas with limited movies is too much, but I had wondered the same thing earlier in the year. I thought it was weird for CCB to make a sequel with Cameron & have a wedding with two others already primed for weddings & one of those even being announced last year for this year, which didn't happen.

Emily Alatalo and Johnathan Stoddard did do a Christmas movie together this year. It’s called A Christmas Pitch so could it be someone got a little confused on the cast. With the Christmas Pitch airing earlier in November.

based on cast & comment above, I think someone has totally messed up on The Christmas Pitch. I think it's supposed to be Stoddard/Alatalo & someone found the other one from 2021 & came up with the Kringle Lake title & used that cast info mistakenly. So...they will have to change the title again to take out Kringle Lake if it's not that one as that is the town for the 2021 movie with the unknown to me cast.
