Are YOU READY to SPRING FORWARD??? 'Tis the season for longer days and later sunsets.
As we change our clocks this weekend, I have a Special Movie "Watch" List for you! (Get the pun? Watch. Time. Springing Forward.)
Even though there is only ONE NEW MOVIE PREMIERE on the guide this weekend, there are still plenty of fantastic movie classics to see, including an Easter movie, Christmas films, romantic comedies, etc.!
See ALL of the movie suggestions below...
Sunday, March 10, 2024:
UPtv's NEW Movie Premiere...
When all-American Ramone discovers he is the heir to the European Kingdom of San Pablo, he is daunted by the prospect of becoming king. To prepare him for his royal duties, King Felipe hires royal expert Angelica to show Ramone the ropes on how a king is expected to behave for the coronation ceremony. Through lessons in history, etiquette, fine dining and even Spanish, Angelica transforms Ramone into the king he is destined to be. And maybe he found his queen in the process.

I hope you all have a wonderful, sunny (almost) Spring weekend as we *Spring Forward*! I'm hoping to catch some of the great movie encores airing this weekend, including: The Blessing Bracelet, A Veteran's Christmas, One Perfect Match, Christmas on Windmill Way, Love, Romance, and Chocolate, Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas, and more! Okay, I know I won't possibly be able to squeeze all of those in, but my DVR will be extra busy!
I also want to say a very special thank you to Great American Family for the thoughtful County Rescue goody bag I received this week. I'm looking forward to another exciting show coming up on Monday with Episode #3! (And I hope all of you who have Great American Pure Flix enjoy watching the new episode early today!) For me, the best part of County Rescue is the faith side to the story, as each character attempts to fulfill their life calling by striving to positively impact those around them.
Please note: I haven't pre-screened the new movie listed above. If you'd like to post a review on whether this film is family-friendly, please share in the comments below.
Blessings on your Weekend,
Net

*Spring Forward in Your Faith*
Planning on rewatching Come Fly with Me (that really needs to be on DVD) and that new UP TV movie. -Maria
ReplyDeleteMaria, Great weekend movie picks! Happy watching! :)
DeleteA Christmas Note and A Veteran's Christmas...a couple of my favorite Hallmark Christmas oldies-but-goodies!
ReplyDeleteA Veteran’s Christmas is one of Hallmark’s best, I think. Right up there with A Christmas Card.
DeleteMark & Anon, Oh, I agree!!! Love both of these Christmas movies! I also find it most interesting that A Veteran’s Christmas and A Christmas Card are so well loved and both have scenes in church - singing religious Christmas songs!!!
DeleteThose oldies are always the best!!! :)
Blessings, Net
So excited for Spring weather to finally arrive and like you said Net, longer days for sure! How nice of GAF to send you a goodie bag!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed weekend everyone 😊
~Paula
Paula, I hope you have a delightful weekend! Enjoy these wonderful days leading up to Spring. I'm hoping your weather doesn't get too hot there. I heard we could actually have a little snow (nothing accumulating) this weekend - and more possibly late March/early April! That's the Mid-West for ya! :)
DeleteHappy Spring Forward Weekend! Blessings, Net
I received the goody bag, too!
ReplyDeleteYay! Glad you got one, too! I especially like the handy flashlight and Great American Family logo pen! :)
Deleteall useful items
DeleteNet, Thank you for the scripture at the bottom of the post and the encouragement to *Spring Forward in Your (our) Faith*! I needed that today.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! I'm glad I could be an encouragement to you today! God bless you!!! :) Net
DeleteThank you for sharing that! What a lovely perspective.

Which Dayspring movies out of all 3 did you like the best?
ReplyDeleteTough choice, but I'd say maybe a tie between The Gift of Peace and Miracle at Bethlehem PA. -Maria
DeleteFor me it is between The Gift of Peace and The Blessing Bracelet
DeleteA Royal Makeover is so amazing!! (just ignore Angelica's grandma, who likes tarrot cards and reading tea leaves). -Maria
ReplyDeleteAbigail,
ReplyDeleteI am so very sorry to hear about baby Gus. I said prayers and will continue to pray. It is so difficult hearing about a baby and or child suffering. And, I feel so bad for his parents who love him with every part of their being. May God continue watching over everyone.
Hugs to you my dear friend!
Aww! I'm imagining your hug! Thank you for praying. I know the parents would appreciate it.
DeleteNet, do you know if the Twitter site for the baby Gus mentions which hospital he's in? I know he's in Louisville, KY. I was thinking if sending a card. (Wow, Joan. You have a lot of hospitals where you are. We just have the one. ,;)
Got it! Thanks.
