Hope you all enjoy this last weekend in January and the new movies. The main actors in Butler in Love are new to me - so I'm curious to see them in this all new movie premiere. I think we are rather used to familiar faces on Hallmark; it's somewhat unique, yet nice, to see some new faces on the network.
As for UPtv's new premiere, Love & Where to Find It, you may recognize the lead actress, Elise Gatien, from her supporting roles in the Hallmark movies: Moonlight in Vermont, Ms. Matched, Love on the Sidelines, Perfect Match and the Signed, Sealed, Delivered the series. Her co-star, Clayton James, has been in the Hallmark movies: Don't Forget I Love You, Christmas on My Mind, Right in Front of Me, etc... plus, Blueprint to the Heart (UPtv), As Gouda as it Gets (BYU), and Christmas on the Menu (Lifetime). It's nice to see actors who often play supporting roles get the lead in this one.

Emma’s Mom named Kelly. Emma gets a phone call from Charles Willoughby, American Butler Academy. Emma Conroy arrives in Maryland & she’s in yellow taxi π with New York License Plate but it’s supposed be Maryland license plate (from New York to Maryland). There’s only 10 Butlers at American Butler Academy. Henry gives Emma a tutor - High Tea is everything perfect & 5 Course Dinner - soup, cheese plate, & desserts. What’s a bummer, Jared left American Butler Academy? Henry wanna be a chef rather than a butler. Henry’s parents named Phillip & Dana Walker visit their Son; Henry whose they’re invited by Mr. Willoughby. Henry cooks peanut butter cookies & Beef Wellington. DeleteI remember when I heard about this movie filming last year, which seems so long ago now. I checked out a few reviews on IMDB and no one mentioned the questionable "mature subject" content, but they did say it was quite similar to the Lifetime Christmas movie, "Christmas on Chestnut Street."

Delete"Viewer discretion advised" refers to "adult" content that is unsuitable for children, and for some adults as well. It means that adults should make a conscious decision whether or not to watch it, and be VERY careful about lettng children see it.
I am happy to report that Butlers in Love is family friendly! I was on the fence, but I was so glad I watched, as it was family friendly, very original (I even looked up butler academies and they certainly exist!), and the leads were very sweet together. It was nice to see Maxwell Caufield, as well. Highly recommend!

Love and Where to Find It is family friendly but a very unorganized story line to me. Slow pace and the ending just felt unfinished.
