Movie Reviews:

💕 "The Wedding Veil Unveiled is family friendly & it’s based on the book called; “There Goes the Bride” by Lori Wilde. (CAUTION: REVIEW MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!) Avery’s friend named Emma Loughery is a Professor whose takes course American Art History for her class & she is still processing the end of a long-distance relationship, is traveling to Italy to teach a course on American Art History in Italy & she takes a supposedly an ancient 19th century magical wedding veil with her on a trip to Venice with her & planning to research its origins in her free time. Paolo loves to correct Emma’s Italian words & Emma never did figure out how to pronounce certain words correctly. Emma’s research leads her to the island town of Burano, which is known for its handcrafted lace. Emma meets a dashing Italian man named Paolo di Stefano, Grandson of the owner of the older shop on the island. It turns out that the wedding veil has a special connection to his family. Together, she & Paolo work to find out how the veil made its way from Italy to an antique store in San Francisco. Emma & Paolo spend more time together, she starts to fall for him. She’s not sure she’s ready for another long-distance romance, but the wedding veil may have other plans. Fate doesn’t need help, it’s just happens, American ones. The bride on portrait by Claudio Amici named Arianna di Stefano who married to Count de Marco who related to Paolo’s Great Great Great Grandfather’s Sister. Adrianna had no intended to keep this wedding veil. Maria believes if found it found its way to Emma for a reason. Paolo’s family opens their own store in New York. 6 months later, Paolo & Emma’s Wedding Day in Chicago, IL.. Paolo’s whole family job in new store in Chicago instead of New York. Tracy’s turn to wear 19th century wedding veil for her next Wedding Day. The Wedding Veil possesses its find true love seems magical." ~Anonymous

💕 "The Wedding Veil Unveiled... This movie was wonderful and 100% clean and family friendly. I really enjoyed all of it. Loved his Italian family and the chemistry between the two of them was great. Also, just love the whole plot of these three friends and the historical wedding veil. Hope Hallmark continues more like this. Happy Valentine's Day to you all!💕 P.S. Autumn Reeser's dresses and high waisted pants were so cute on her." ~Abigail

💕 "The Wedding Veil Unveiled is very charming! I'm very glad at how clean this trilogy has been! Hopefully the last one can still be a good one." -Maria

💕 "I did watch The Wedding Veil Unveiled, and I was not at all impressed. I am not sure I can put my finger on it, but I don't think the role was well suited for Autumn Reeser, one of my favorites. The location was gorgeous, of course, but I think it lacked chemistry and I admit I was confused about the mystery as well. I might be in the minority, but so far, I am not impressed with either Wedding Veil story, but maybe the third one will be the charm. Also, so very disappointed at the lack of new Valentine's movies from Hallmark. I find myself watching less and less." ~Savvy Girl

💕 "So happy to see someone say that didn't like "The Wedding Veil Unveiled". I thought I thought I was the only one!! I just could not get into that movie! The role just didn't seem to fit Autumn Reeser. I finally changed the channel and watched Harmony of the Heart...great movie by the way!" ~Joyce in Carolina

💕 "I just watched the "The Wedding Veil Unveiled" and loved it. I enjoyed the first one, too, but the misunderstanding over Lacey's singleness started stressing me out. The second one was lovely--the touch of mystery, slow romance that felt true to Autumn's character, and lovely Italian setting made for a well-woven story that charmed me completely! Can wait to see the final movie." :-) ~Alicia

💕 "The Wedding Veil Unveiled" is part two in "The Wedding Veil" series, and I enjoyed the way the story continued. Some of the dialogue wasn't easy to understand, but I liked the way Paolo's family was warm and welcoming to Emma. I enjoyed the first and last movies best, but I still liked this movie and was glad it was family friendly." ~Net

The Wedding Veil Legаcy

Premieres: Sаturdаy, February 19, 2022

Starring: Alison Sweeney, Victor Webster, Lаcey Chаbert, аnd Autumn Reeser

Storyline: Trаcy (Sweeney) meets Nick (Webster) in the third instаllment of the trilogy, аnd he helps her sаve аn originаl drаft of The New Colossus in exchаnge for her helping him run his restаurаnt. Trаcy begins to feel uneаsy аs they get closer.

Movie Reviews:

💕 "Proud to say that The Wedding Veil Legacy is not only delightful, but also very clean!! I had a little skepticsm, but Hallmark did a nice job with this trilogy." -Maria

💕 "All of the Wedding Veil trilogy movies were cute and family friendly! We loved them! They were a home run for Hallmark with a great cast." ~Anonymous

💕 "I just finished the final Wedding Veil movie and happy to say it was 100% clean! Just how we like it ;) -It was so great seeing the three friends together again. You can really see how much the love and wanting the best for each other. So sweet. I loved the scene when Avery offers to help paint the apartment. It was nice seeing Peter at the ending as well. The "tuxedo guy" Nick was a great addition to the series. He was kind, funny, and so helpful with lifting the rugs and supportive. Loved the first scene of the two of them at the tux shop. My favorites are the first two, but wish it was still continuing. Gonna miss it. Loved it sooo much! I'm buying it when all three are sold together." ~Abigail

💕 " "The Wedding Veil Legаcy" was the perfect way to end "The Wedding Veil" series of movies! I love the romance between Trаcy (Alison Sweeney) and Nick (Victor Webster) and the easy-going way these two fell in love! It was fun the way Tracy didn't believe in the "Veil" legend, but Avery and Emma were strong believers. I love that these three best friends are always there for one another. I highly recommend all three movies in "The Wedding Veil" trilogy!" ~Net

💕 "Well this is strange that no one has mentioned this. In "The Wedding Veil Legacy," there are a couple of scenes where the main female character (Alison Sweeney) talks about her boyfriend moving out of her apartment, and her possibly moving to L.A. to live with him. And then it gets mentioned later in the movie, again. Otherwise, it was a great movie! Enjoyed all three in the "Trilogy," this one and Autumn's the most, then Lacey's. It was nice that this one wasn't as heavy on the veil and painting mystery as the other two were, for me." ~Amy G.

The Hallmark Channel finishes *Loveuary* with the premiere of one more film...

Welcome to Mаmа’s

Premieres: Sаturdаy, February 26, 2022

Starring: Melаnie Scrofаno, Lorrаine Brаcco, аnd Dаniel di Tomаsso

Storyline: Mаnаger Amy (Scrofаno) inherits аn Itаliаn restаurаnt in Brooklyn аnd teаms up with а mаster chef to reopen it аnd mаke her fаmily proud.

Movie Reviews:

💕 "Welcome to Mama’s is family friendly. Restaurant manager Amy inherits a Brooklyn restaurant after “Mama Maria Tucci” passes away and must team up with a master chef, Frank, who’s looking for a second chance. Will they be able to put their differences aside, relaunch the restaurant for the community that loves it & Mama so much, and find love?" ~Anonymous

💕 "Welcome to Mama's is family friendly! However, I can't say I enjoyed the movie all that much. My favorite parts were the flashbacks of Mama running the restaurant and young Mama and Papa falling in love in the late 60s. The present day romance fell flat, however. The two leads had no chemistry. At one point, my thirteen year old commented, "why is she leaning so far away from him?" You wondered if the male actor had bad breath! I honestly didn't like Frank at all. I didn't understand why Amy had to apologize for changing the menu back to Mama's classics, either. It seemed like no one liked Frank's menu, and the restaurant started going under when he changed things. You go to an Italian restaurant for the classics, right? The movie did make me hungry for some pasta, though!" ~melnewlife

💕 "Finally got around to watching Welcome to Mama's, and it's very good!" -Maria

💕 "Try as I might, I just couldn’t get into this one, even though it is family friendly. First of all, I wasn’t anticipating Mama to have already passed when the movie began, so that was a rather daunting start. The romance was steady and somewhat sweet, but a slow burn." ~Net

  1. Which movies that premeires in February are you looking forward seeing?

  2. That's really interesting! I hope the wedding veils are family friendly because they look really good!! Surprised to see that they are airing on three consecutive saturdays, for some reason I was thinking they would be airing over the course of this entire year. Exciting that we now get them sooner-brother in Christ

    1. I agree with you on both counts. If they’re not family-friendly then I will be annoyed and upset. I also thought they would stretch them throughout most of the year.

  3. Thesw Love-uary movies are a joke. They aren't even valentine day movies. So we have one new movie besides the wedding Veil trilogy. The wedding Veil movie is premiering a week from now and then they're using February 5th for an encore presentation of it where a new movie could have been added. They're not even doing the holiday themed movies anymore. Only ONE movie out of the 5 January movies is an actual Winterfest movie. Hallmark is going down hill. Its fine to throw a couple movies that aren't in the holiday spectrum but having no valentine day movies in February is ridiculous

    1. I so agree. I miss Winterfest and Countdown to Valentine's Day. I'm just waiting for HM to change Countdown to Christmas to Countdown to Winter Holidays. I don't mean to sound so cynical, but I'm so losing my faith in HM, although this New Year's weekend I did catch some family friendly ones that I really liked (Next Stop, Christmas, My Christmas Family Tree and last year's The Christmas Ring and Five Star Christmas). I will definitely give the Wedding Veil trilogy a try, but if there's a hint of wokeness, I'll shut it right off.

    2. I understand your views, but at this point in Hallmark’s reputation I think it’s a good thing there are no Valentine’s movies.

  4. I am really looking forward to the Wedding Veil movies. Very interesting, with three Hallmark sisters acting together. Hope it won't have any same sex issues. Saw the preview and liked it. Happy New Years Eve!

  5. Looks like a good lineup, as long as they're not woke.
Also, 'Loveuary' sounds so cringe worthy. I much preferred 'Countdown to Valentine's Day' or 'Love Ever After' -Maria

  8. I loved the first of the trilogy of the Wedding Veil. It was very interesting. Can't wait to see the next two, then the Wedding Veil Unveiled and The Wedding Veil Legacy. Know they will all be enjoyable. Net, thanks foe all your hard work in getting all the information out to us. May God bless you and hope you have a, very, Happy New Year. Bonnie English

    1. Kevin McGarry's Boston accent was great without being over-the-top!
Okay. I'm picky. I was a bit disappointed at Avery's and Peter's exchange of vows which only lasted several seconds. The writers chose to omit holy with matrimony. There was no exchange of rings. I guess I'll keep the DVRd recording because I like both actors.

    1. Amy G., I'm truly grateful you shared this review with us. I had forgotten about that dialogue in the movie. It does seem like Hallmark is slipping more of that in lately. I'm so glad you reminded us of this. I agree, other than that, it is a great movie. It is unfortunate they had to include that.

I posted your review above. Again, thank you!
