Both Christmas movies airing this week are family friendly, but I do want to caution that "Holly & Ivy" discusses in great detail the sickness and death of a parent, which may not be appropriate for some young viewers. It's a movie you'll definitely want a tissue handy for. If you want to watch something more lighthearted, then you'll want to visit "Christmas at Grand Valley."

Please share your thoughts on these Christmas movies below...

  1. Here are the Hallmark movies where the lead characters are very sick so sick that they are dying
    Holly and Ivy
    Once Upon a Christmas Miracle
A Godwink Christmas Meant for Love
    The Beach House
    Season of Miracles
    Christmas at Conway
    Did I miss anything?

    1. Several of these are Hall of Fame movies, and those tend to deal with more serious subject matter.

    2. Season of Miracles? Do you mean A Season for Miracles? The sister overdosed on drugs, but she's in recovery. Not dying

  2. When I first watched Holly & Ivy this past November, I was really taken aback at how serious the movie was. Still, I enjoyed it, and will be watching it again tomorrow.

  3. Just saw Danica McKellar on Home And Family (YouTube)and the dress she was wearing is beautiful. I am excited to see Matchmaker Mysteries "Art Of The Kill" this weekend. The promo is funny!
