What Easter programs are on Hallmark Channel?
ReplyDeleteChris, The Hallmark Channel doesn't typically do too much programming specifically for Easter.
DeleteHowever, the Hallmark movie "Easter Under Wraps" will air at 11am/10c. on April 4th, Easter Sunday morning and there will be a new episode of "When Calls the Heart" that night.
Nice to see this on UP. I've been turning there a lot more lately.
ReplyDeleteYes, UPtv is great about airing religious/inspirational programming. I've been hearing lots more people are turning there like you. Including me!
DeleteHappy Easter to you Net! I'm encouraged by every thing UP is diong lately. I've been hearing more and more of my family turning it to UP over Hallmark since UPs movies have been clean. This is another great reason to support this channel.
ReplyDeleteAnna, So glad to hear how much you & your family are enjoying the movies on UPtv! I agree - we really need to support this channel and their wholesome programming. Thank you for sharing!
DeleteThis is encouraging to see! I have both "The Passion Of The Christ" and the two "God's Not Dead" movies on DVD. Also "Finding Normal". MY DVR will be running a lot!
ReplyDeleteIf any of you have not seen "Finding Normal", Candace is fantastic in this. It is my favorite Candace movie!
kitkat, It's been awhile since I've seen "Finding Normal," but I recall enjoying it, too. I believe there is a sweet scene with fireflies. (We call them lightning bugs here.) Candace is excellent in this role, and I like how she finds herself at home in this nice little town. I only wish it wasn't being played at 1 AM. Hope many can DVR it then!
Delete1am really? Why bother? I’ll set my dvr but it’s too bad they aren’t playing Finding Normal at a time most people would be able to watch.
DeleteI miss Candace doing movies like Finding Normal. I don't get why she has only been doing Hallmark Christmas movies.
ReplyDeleteI hope people start giving up tv a chance.
Misty
The UPtv network is really growing on me. Love the family-friendly movies. Only wish they were in HD. Hope the network flourishes.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to When We Last Spoke.

That's a perfect fit to air The Passion of the Christ on Good Friday. Like I was saying before The Passion of the Christ is the reason that we celebrate Good Friday. Do you know what Good Friday is?
ReplyDeleteChris, Yes, I agree, "The Passion of the Christ" is an ideal movie presentation for Good Friday, since the day commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
DeleteI hope you have a blessed Easter!
