  2. I was watching Home & Family featuring Candace Cameron Bure talks about her mystery movie: Aurora Teagarden Mystery: A Very Foul Play.

Candace mentioned Aurora’s Cousin; Phillip is accused murder one of the other performers by holding the bloody knife during blackout at the play. He doesn’t do anything wrongdoings but his Cousin; Aurora could solve the cases to look for some clues with Nick to clear his name unless they tells Arthur & Lynn Smith during the play. Unless Lynn dressed as female Detective Sherlock Holmes & Aurora dressed as Amelia Earhart for the play.

Storyline via Hallmark: At a gathering of mystery and true crime fans, Aurora Teagarden’s Cousin, Phillip, is accused of murder when an unplanned onstage blackout during the play in which he is performing ends, revealing Phillip holding the bloody knife that has just killed one of the other performers.

    1. Thank you for sharing! Candace's interview on Home & Family was quite fun!

The third Aurora movie, "Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: A Very Foul Play," was a great way to end the new Aurora movies for 2019! I can't wait to see what happens next!

  3. Detective Lynn Smith as Detective Sherlock Holmes is Detective Shirley Holmes for the play

    1. Wasn't that cute? I loved Lynn playing the role of Detective "Shirley" Holmes in the play. She was perfect for it and, yet, still very much straight-laced Captain Lynn Liggett-Smith!

    1. Yes, the preview special for "When Hope Calls" is up today on Hallmark Movies Now, if you are a paid subscriber to the service.

Or, another option... is to watch the preview special Thursday, August 29th at 8:30pm/7:30c. on Hallmark Drama!

    2. But I don’t have Hallmark Drama for Uverse or Comcast

    3. I'm sorry to hear your cable provider doesn't carry Hallmark Drama, yet. I know how frustrating that is.

Hallmark typically shares the preview specials on their web-site or YouTube after they air on TV, so hopefully they will do the same with this one next week.

  6. Wait, are you saying this will be the last Aurora movie ever? I know the books are done, but I kind of thought maybe they would keep going on movies since these last 3 are not based on the books. I am behind, I haven't had a chance t watch any of these last 3 yet, they are on my dvr. I will watch soon. Almost caught up on Heartland, that takes up most of my tv watching time right now.

But please tell me Aurora is not ending :( :)

    1. Hello Sabrina! The third movie, "Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: A Very Foul Play" was the last NEW Aurora movie for 2019. That's what I meant by last. Sorry for the confusion.

They are definitely doing more. In fact, Candace said the number of films is... and I quote, "Unlimited," since they aren't following the books any more.

After the second Aurora Teagarden movie aired, the cast members were talking on Twitter about being excited that Peter Benson (Arthur) was directing the next episode and fans said they would look forward to that next week - and then, they (the cast) said no it wasn't the movie next week ("A Very Foul Play"), instead he would be directing the next Aurora movie they are filming! #13!

Also, I won't give anything away, but these Aurora movies are excellent - I think you are really going to enjoy them ALL!!! :)
