I saw a bumper sticker the other day that read "PRAY - VOTE - PRAY". That's exactly the echo of my heart on this day, and I'm sure many of you feel the same.
I will be voting today! If you haven't already voted early, I hope you will also have the opportunity to do so. As Americans, we are truly blessed to live in a country where we are free, and I pray we never take that for granted. Here's a beautiful image of an old American flag below. Whenever I see Old Glory raised, I can't help but feel a sense of pride and belonging, grateful for all the generations that came before me, so that we can live in freedom today!

ReplyDeleteI love that Pray Vote Pray!
ReplyDeleteMy family went to vote today together...it is a tradition! Well said Net! I value that we can stand and vote today for what is right and according to God's Word.
ReplyDeleteEcclesiastes 10:2 The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left.
Excellent post, Robert, my family also votes together and we pray for divine intervention from our Creator to bring us peace and harmony in this beautiful world. Net, thanks for 11 Chronicles 7:14, great reminder for today!
DeleteHi Robert! I wasn't quite sure so I thought it better to directly ask you: did you mean the verse as a figurative illustration (right vs wrong) or literal illustration (Republicans vs Democrats)?
DeleteWell said Net! God Bless the USA!
