It was a delightful surprise that the first movie- L.M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables, which aired on Thanksgiving day November 24, 2016, also had some Christmas scenes! I wasn't expecting anything holiday related, but was thrilled, especially since it aired on Thanksgiving, the day most consider the launch to the holiday season!
Visit my page on "Anne of Green Gables: The Good Stars" for even more plot details + the movie trailer for this second Anne movie!
I've also included the official PBS press release below, which already states the Anne movie, ANNE OF GREEN GABLES – FIRE & DEW, (the third movie in the series!) will premiere in 2018 on PBS! Stay tuned for more details!!!
