  8. Campfire Kiss filmed in British Columbia in January, and premieres on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 9pm on Hallmark Channel in the US. Check out the official trailer and filming locations below.

Danica McKellar and Paul Green are back together for Hallmark’s Campfire Kiss. The pair were last seen together on-screen in Hallmark’s Perfect Match in 2015. This time around Danica plays a Dana, a single mother and middle school math teacher. Ironically, Danica is a real life math-wiz who also plays a similar role in the Netflix series Project Mc2.

After realizing she and her son, Arthur, are in need of some quality time together, Dana arranges a spring break getaway at Camp Bear Creek, a wilderness retreat. It’s there that Dana meets Steve (Paul Green) and his daughter Lacey. Although Dana and Steve aren’t on the same page at first, the group gets lost during a wilderness hike and that gives Dana some much needed perspective.

Just before their time at the camp comes to an end, Dana and Steve begin to discover they have feelings for each other. Although they go their separate ways, Arthur and Lacey step in to make sure their parents see each other again.

    1. Good question, Tara! Surely - Amazon must have one, right? I did a search for it and found some, but nothing as nice as the one Dana had in the movie!

    1. I have searched every website I can find and Amazon for their music and the only song I can find with the title "Wide Awake" in it is Katy Perry's song and I listened to it and that is not it. I do wish someone would tell us who sings that song and where we can find it. I just loved what portion of I heard in the movie.

    2. The song is called Wide Awake by Aimee Proal. You can purchase it on Itunes. The cd is called Christmas Love Songs.

  17. Absolute DRECK!! I wanted to see what Winnie grew up to be and it's just like seeing her on one of the Talk Shows gushing about MATH. This is nothing but a chick-flick that is so incredibly unrealistic it's laughable. This is what women think life should be like but they're much too petty and, of course always RIGHT about everything for it to ever be this simplistic. Typical Hallmark/Lifetime channel dreck . . .

    1. Maria, Yeah, this is a sweet one! I'm kinda wondering if Danica and Paul might be working together on a new Christmas movie for Great American Family. Just a hunch for now - since both are leaving to film a Christmas movie. And, since Danica mentioned she has worked with her co-star before, Paul Greene would definitely fit the bill! :)
