PLOT:
via ION: With Christmas approaching, life appears to be good for Tom, an ex-Olympic hockey star, and his girlfriend, Jenny, a firefighter -- at least until Mary, a former Olympic figure skater, Tom’s soon-to-be ex-wife and the author of a book of tips on relationships, is convinced that appearing to be still happy with Tom will help sell her book. Tom’s strong desire to spend the holidays with his and Mary’s daughter provides a test of true love and, ultimately, reveals who the true heroes are.

ReplyDeleteSome of this year's movies are appearing in the UK almost at the same timeas the US - normally there's quite a time lag. Also some are appearing under different titles.
This is being aired on 15 Decemeber but as Christmas Hero.
We've had A Puppy For Christmas and Finding Father Christmas is airing On 10 December.
Hallmark's 'Tis The Season For Love (2015) has changed its title to Christmas Confessions.
That's happened quite often this year on Movies 24. Also Christmas Hero was the original title of this movie.

ReplyDeleteDefinitely not one of my favorites. Acting was terrible in this one.
ReplyDeleteFurthermore, I was so mad at the girlfriend for putting him in the position of having to choose between her and his daughter. I thought when she heard Parkers dad's story she might have an aha moment about her own actions. Overall I thought this movie was terrible.
ReplyDeleteJenny never put him in the position of choosing between her and his daughter. She told him to stick up to his ex wife who was using his daughter as a pawn.
