Whatever you choose, I enjoy hearing from you! Blessings, Net
I love Alison Sweeney and all her Hallmark films, especially Hannah Swensen in Murder She Baked. I can't wait to watch this movie in 2 weeks :) Ashley Williams Saturday night and Alison Sweeney Sunday night, yay!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYes! Should be an awesome viewing weekend for both Hallmark networks! I love the "Murder She Baked" movies, as well, Sabrina!!! Glad to hear - you do, too!!!
DeleteAnd, I was thrilled to get the chance to interview both Ashley Williams and Alison Sweeney this week! They were both very sweet and gracious in giving their time.
Hope you enjoy both new movies!!!
Oh, Wow!! Shirley, Ali, Marc and Kavan...what a cast...and...blueberries are my favorite fruit!! I do believe this movie was made just for me, Net! LOL!!....can't wait!
ReplyDeleteThat's so sweet, Linda! Yeah, this is a truly excellent cast! I'm such a big fan of everyone in it, too - especially Shirley Jones!!! She is such an amazing actress with such a fantastic resume of Movie Musicals. I'm really expecting to love this one, too!!! Happy Watching!!! :)
DeleteI absolutely adored this movie! It made me smile and cry tears of joy. :-) It was so sweet and heartwarming. Alison and Mark had amazing chemistry from their very first scene together. WOW! And, it was lovely seeing Samantha again. She was so good in Supernatural which is one of my favorite shows on TV. I wanted to close by saying thank you for keeping us informed about all things Hallmark. Joan
ReplyDeleteI thought this was a very good movie! I finally had a chance to see it all the way through. It started off a tad on the slow side, but eventually the pacing kind of made sense and the story got more interesting.
ReplyDeleteThe scenery was gorgeous all throughout the movie. Alison and Marc had decent chemistry. Shirley Jones was delightful whenever she was onscreen. The story about the letter was, of course, the catalyst to bring the 2 leads together, but it was also touching in that it highlighted a woman's (Shirley Jones) choice to follow one life path instead of another -- and how she wanted to make sure her granddaughter followed her heart instead of her head.
One of the best Hallmark movies ever. And actually a bit different than the formula, loved the writing. The 3 leads were amazing
ReplyDeleteThoroughly enjoyed this movie although I was a bit confused with the plot in the early stages which was a bit slow moving.
ReplyDeleteAlison Sweeney and Marc Blucas had great persona - you could feel the connection between them right from the start which had you immediately rooting for them.
The scenery in particular was amazing.
One thing which puzzles me though. Just what is the difference between the main Hallmark channel and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries?
Obviously the mystery films are self explanatory but for example if this had been shown on the main channel and Autumn In The Vineyrd on Movies and Mysteries I wouldn't have though anything amiss.
Definiteky one we will watching many times.
This is just like a fine red wine, it improves with age.
ReplyDeleteWe re-watched this at the weekend (having already done so several times) and each time we enjoy it more, discovering different aspects of it each time.
It's full of humour and really intriguing to see how Ellen discovers her true self.
Alison Sweeney and Marc Blucs make an amazing couple.
Love the "Footloose" Karaoke at the end!
This is exactly how I feel about this movie. Have watched it many times. Best Hallmark movie ever. Would love to see sequel on what happens next.
Deletehavent watched the entire movie yet but have a question. When Ellen falls into the lake shes been trying to take photos -what happened to her camera? She hasnt mentioned anything about it yet -wouldnt you think she'd be concerned about its whereabouts?
ReplyDeleteIt must have sunk to the bottom. But she does go get another camera, as her grandma points out to her that she lost her other camera when she is taking pics with her phone. so then she goes to a camera shop and buys another camera. that is about the middle of the movie. then she uses this new camera a lot during the rest of the movie.
DeleteThis is absolutely my favorite Hallmark Movie ever. The three lead actors were amazing and perfect in their roles. I did not see the original showing, but was able to see in July 2017. All I can say is WOW! The story line was so believable, but yet unexpected. Alison, Marc and Shirley all were great in their roles. I will be following all of these actors on any of their future roles.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree. Marc & Alison...great together! I just wish HMM aired this movie more as well as Love On The Air. They haven't aired Blueberry Farm since May and LOTA since last March. I don't get that since they show others repeatedly.
