*PLEASE NOTE: This POST has been Updated to reflect schedule changes!
It was originally posted, the next delivery of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered Movies" would be this spring... however it is now postmarked for a new delivery date: this Summer,
We #POstables don't mind this back-order date, now that we know a new "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" is on the way... and we have our original "dead letter office" team back on the mission to deliver lost letters, and inspire us, too... along the way!
Rest assure, Eric Mabius returns as the leader of the pack (and packages) as Oliver O'Toole, Kristin Booth as Shane McInerney, Crystal Lowe as Rita Haywith, and Geoff Gustafson as Norman Dorman in two all new movies this summer. All are truly unique individuals and characters, and yet, with their varied remarkable skills, they make the best team!
Here's a video clip promo for "SSD", coming this Summer:
I think it's wonderful to get a sneak-peek look at the new "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" movie... and, it's interesting to hear who will portray Holly, actress Poppy Montgomery, who is best known from her two television series: "Without a Trace" and "Unforgettable". Here is more news directly from a Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Press Release:
Hallmark Movies & Mysteries announces Poppy Montgomery will guest star in a highly anticipated role in “Signed, Sealed, Delivered From Paris, With Love" (wt), a Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Original premiering Sunday, June 14 at 9pm ET/PT, 8C. NEW premiere date is SATURDAY June 6, 2015!
Montgomery plays Holly, the estranged wife of lead postal detective Oliver (Eric Mabius), who suddenly returns from Paris the same day he and his Postables team, Shane (Kristin Booth), Rita (Crystal Lowe) and Norman (Geoff Gustafson), deliver divorce papers to a happy couple. "Signed Sealed Delivered" continues its exploration of the mystery of love as three unique stories converge in its newest two-hour movie from Martha Williamson.
“We are beyond thrilled to have tremendously talented Poppy Montgomery guest star in ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered From Paris, With Love’ and we look forward to having her bring Martha Williamson’s vision to life,” said Michelle Vicary, Executive Vice President, Programming and Publicity for Crown Media Family Networks.
"Our loyal fans have waited a year and a half to meet Holly, and they're not going to be disappointed," said Series Creator and Executive Producer Martha Williamson.
Poppy Montgomery currently stars in the hit drama “Unforgettable” where she plays opposite Dylan Walsh, which has been recently renewed for a 13-episode season four by A&E.
"Signed, Sealed, Delivered From Paris, With Love" (wt) is the first of three "Signed Sealed Delivered" movies being produced for Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

P.S. S. A very special thank you to Lori & Ruth for sharing the "S.S.D." movie air date on Twitter!
Hey, we're finally going to meet Holly!! I bet this will be a "heavy duty" nail biter so let's all pull together for Shane, everyone!! She's the one that's truly in love with Oliver....can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI like Poppy, but I don't think I'll like Holly.
ReplyDeleteSo they are only doing movies? Not the weekly show? That's a shame. I was looking forward to more weekly shows. I agree that I love Poppy Montgomery, but I can't imagine liking Holly.
ReplyDeleteAre they going to put the SSD movies on dvd so the rest of us can see them. Sure hope so. It is so much better than Cedar Cove.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know if the pilot movie for SSD is going to be put on dvd? Sure hope so. I think it was the best of all the shows. Besides, without it you miss the introduction of all the cast and the beginning of their relationship.
