  3. That is wonderful, Brian!

Do you have a speaking part or are you an extra? Which scene should people look for you?

  4. I was lucky enough to be cast as a featured extra at the end of the film, spending Christmas morning with the family all grown up. It was a surreal experience to celebrate Christmas with people I had never met, but watched on TV for years.

    1. I'm surprised this title hasn't been released on DVD, as well. However, it seems we are still waiting for many Christmas movies to come out still on DVD.

    2. Yes I really thought it would have been available this Christmas season on DVD. Will keep checking and I feel for certain it will be a huge success in sales as was A Dog named Christmas. Thanks for your site here. I have it bookmarked and have also signed up for email alerts.

  8. A feel good movie that we truly enjoyed. Unfortunately, when you do a period piece (1962) props should be appropriate. Kuboda tractors came to North America in 1988. The fancy kitchen faucet design can't be more than 10-15 years old, & the rubber straps with metal studs are very recent items. When did you first hear of a cordless phone? They were introduced in the mid nineties. Certainly not 1962. A nice movie, but if you like nostalgia, it's a slap in the face.

    1. This was a wonderful movie! The picky things that you have pointed out did not detract from this movie whatsoever and in all actuallity, who cares about the faucet. They were using a walkie talkie system, not a cordless phone!! I can't wait for this to be released on DVD!
