"Summer Love" storyline via Hallmark: Maya Sulliway is a struggling single mom who's studying to become an accountant. When her young daughter goes off to sleepaway camp, Maya accepts a summer internship at Kizzmit, a tech company known for developing a popular social app, in order to receive college credit. "Summer Vineyard" storyline via Hallmark: Three seasons have passed since Frankie Baldwin and Nate DeLuca became partners in love and winemaking as co-owners of Sorrento Farms in Napa Valley. Summer finds them preparing to bottle their first vintage, just in time for Taste of St. Madeleine, a splashy food and-wine event that draws top wine critics as well as huge crowds. *Starring Tricia Helfer and Paul Campbell

Storyline via Hallmark: Kate, a driven accounting executive, heads to Cancun with her boyfriend Eric, an equally ambitious land development executive, for some much-needed rest and relaxation. But the getaway they agreed would be 90 percent romance and just 10 percent work becomes anything but that. Upon arrival, Eric learns a prominent real estate developer is a guest in their resort. Wanting to seize the opportunity for potential business, Eric chases this new venture and leaves Kate to her own devices time and again. Luckily, Shep, the resort’s activities director, is an old friend of Kate’s from her camp counselor days and more than willing to help fill her solo hours with fun and adventure. As the old friends spend more time together and reconnect, Kate is reminded of dreams she used to have and finds herself wondering if it’s time to change course.

*Starring Amanda Righetti and Peter Porte

Storyline via Hallmark: Successful and driven single mom Jenna Thompson (Amanda Righetti) writes teen novels, and she has only five weeks to deliver the next one to her publisher. So, this year’s annual beach vacation with her kids Nick (Luke Loveless) and Ally (Reagan Shumate), will be a working vacation for Jenna. Upon arrival, the family soon meets their new next-door neighbor, confident, devil-may-care surfer Lucas McKinnon (Peter Porte), with whom they will be sharing walls and a patio for the next month. Lucas cranks up his music at night, sleeps late, and allows Tank to run around at will. Jenna bangs away at her novel with little success, often blaming Lucas’ loud volleyball matches and irregular hours for her inability to progress. However, after Lucas finds himself bonding with Nick and Ally, Jenna begins to see a different side of Lucas, and when the two find themselves alone together one evening for dinner, each begins to see the other in a whole new – and attractive – light.

  3. I will be ordering Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa and Eat, Play, Love. Still hoping for Pearl in Paradise. One of my wife's and my favorite Hallmark movies. Great chemistry between Jill and Kris. Love their new mystery movie too. Also hoping for Love in Paradise to come out on dvd. Maybe Hallmark could do a day of Luke Perry's movies in remembrance of him. RG

    1. Excellent choices, RG! I, too, would love to see both of these Paradise movies be released. A DVD set in tribute to Luke Perry's Hallmark films would be very nice. And while they release Pearl in Paradise, how 'bout Mystery 101, too? I also just love Kris & Jill together! I'm so happy they are filming more Mystery movies! :)

Thanks so much for sharing! Blessings! Net

  10. There are some good movies coming out on DVD but I keep waiting for some of my all time favorites that I guess are just not all that popular. The two main ones I would like to own are Stop The Wedding with it's wonderful funny cast and Home For Christmas Day which did compress a lot of events into it's running time but was a movie that really tugged at my heart.
